Light and airy 80m2 duplex in a quiet single level complex with well kept gardens and a large 100m2 communal pool. This property has been recently renovated with a new bathroom and an extension to the kitchen area with concertina doors that allow an al fresco feeling to the cooking/dining area. The apartment is equipped with smart TV with complimentary Netflix, wifi, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, baby crib and crawl mat,iron and ironing board, two fans (for the occasional still summer night), a small oil heater ( for the occasional cool night in winter) and an outdoor charcoal bbq.
What to do? This property is in a very good area just a short 5 min walk to a large supermarket and good cafes, the town centre and town beaches are about 20mins on foot or a few euros by taxi alternatively a rental bike would make a good option. The isla de lobos and las dunas national park and award winning beaches can be seen from the roof terrace and are about 5 mins away by the north shore beaches and west coast are 5 and 15mins away respectively. Corralejo is a great base for many seaside activities and the harbour area has many bars and restaurants to explore of an evening. Most plazas (squares) in the town have outdoor seating and live music performances nightly , they are great places to go for a drink and try some tapas. The year round good weather has everyone outdoors and has given this island the relaxed atmosphere it is famous for.
The area Volcano and sea views are available from the roof top terrace complete with sun lounges. You can get your bearings, check the surf/wind or top up the tan from up here. Cafes, bars and a large supermarket are all within 5 minutes walking distance. A taxi rank at the nearby cafes allows access to the centre of town in a few minutes for about 3- 4 euros. Fuerteventura has a range of activities to explore from golf, deep sea fishing, diving, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, mountain biking to finding your own nido (rock nest) on the beach and just completely relaxing.

We had a great time, as recommend by others hire a car. Only issue most of the sun beds around the pool were broken (no the owners fault). I would say good value and would stay again.

Fantastic place
Just back from this beautiful villa. Everything there to make it a home from home. Great early check in thanks to Stephan which was welcome after an early morning flight. Perfect place to relax in. We will be back.

We only had a few days here, but the location was a great base to visit the Lobos island, sand dunes and the town. Easy walking distance into town, but equally the apartment is on a really nice and peaceful complex with a fantastic pool. Absolutely what we wanted, and the pool exceeded our expectations.

Good value for money compared to rest of the properties on this urbanisation. Some bits of issues with the property. Patio doors struggle to open and drag on the floor, no hot water in the kitchen . All stated to the agent. Other niggles, not enough towels as only one left per person not good when staying with 3 ladies and usually you get a bed change when you stay for 2 weeks but this did not happen. Overall still good place to stay

Avoir des températures à 25 degrés en hivers alors qu'il fait -2 en france, eh bien c'est tout ce qu'on adore...La ville est superbe, on peut faire de belles ballades, il y a de l'ambiance le soir dans la ville. Vraiment c'etait top. Et bien sur l'appartement top !!! on reviendra !!!

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einer traumhaften Umgebung
Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr luftig und großzügig. Die Küche ist praktisch und der Blick von der Dachterrasse traumhaft. Vor Ort gab es eine freundliche Kontaktperson, die sich von selbst für den Check-In und Check-out gemeldet hat und alles lief ohne Schwierigkeiten. Im Ort gibt es eine kompetente deutsche Ärztin, Frau Dr. Walzer, die gut behandelt hat (Augenspülung). Tipp: Ein Auto nur mit Selbstbeteiligungsschutz und Vollkasko mieten , denn Rempler passieren durch andere schnell und bei uns gab es einen Versuch das Auto aufzubrechen. Wir haben uns jedoch immer sehr sicher gefühlt Es gibt in den Supermärkten in der Nähe eine traumhafte Auswahl an glutenfreien Lebensmitteln

Mit ein bißchen Liebe zum Detail wäre es echt top
Wir sind als kleine Familie verreist . Unser Sohn ist 6 J . Da wir schon zum 10 mal in Corralejo waren , ist uns die Umgebung und der Ort bekannt. Wir lieben die Stadt und die Menschen dort. Bei diesem Spot ist ein Auto vorteilhaft, da es zum Strand doch ca. 8 min Fahrzeit ist . Auch runter in die Stadt läuft man 30 min. Das Apartment selbst ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist im Winter nich beheizt, das Meer war da deutlich wärmer. Leider hat und das Bad nicht zugesagt. Es war dort immer ein fauliger Geruch, obwohl wir schon extra separaten Raumduft gekauft hatten . Auch die Couch und die Kissen darauf, waren leider nicht so sauber. Aber all dieses kann man ja ändern und dann könnten wir das Apartment auch uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Super Lage, super Wohnung
Wir haben in der Wohnung im Februar mit unseren Kindern ( 4 + 6 Jahre) drei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch gut an alles Notwendige angebunden (Supermärkte, Autobahnauffahrt, Restaurants, Corralejo Strand/Dünen). Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den wir auch empfehlen würden. Man kann jedoch auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Corralejo laufen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt und hat alles (bis auf eine Spülmaschine), was man benötigt. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse mit einer schönen Aussicht auf Lobos und Lanzarote. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen windgeschützten Außenbereich im Erdgeschoss zum Essen und Grillen.
Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Den unbeheizten Pool konnten wir im Februar leider nicht nutzen. Das Wasser war einfach zu kalt. Die Poolanlage macht aber einen sehr guten Eindruck. Sie besteht aus einem Kinderbecken und einem großen Schwimmerbecken.
Auf den Fotos der Anzeige war noch ein Kinderspielplatz zu sehen. Der ist mittlerweile einer Sitzecke mit Boulebahn gewichen. In Fußreichweite (in der Nähe einer Schule) befindet sich jedoch ein sehr schöner, großer Spielplatz, den wir gerne genutzt haben.

Heerlijke grote woning gelegen op een mooi stil parkje
Het park Los Abanicos kennen we al l5 jaar. In 2021 zijn we voor het eerst in een andere woning terecht gekomen. Casa Azul. De woning is groter gemaakt door een flink deel van het terras te overkappen. Daar zijn de keuken en de eettafel naartoe verhuisd zodat er in de villa zelf een fijne grote woonkamer is ontstaan. Wat ons betreft komen we hier graag terug.

Really nice ackommodation
We had a perfect stay. The house was newly renovated with a big kitchen with high ceiling and direct access to the patio. We really enjoyed the barbeque on the roof-terrace. The community of the house was also very nice and clean with a big pool. The location is a bit far from the towncentre and the beaches, but for us that didn’t matter since we had a car. In my opinion a car is recomended where ever you stay in Corralejo to reach the dunes (beach) and exploring the island.
I would definately go back.

Great villa on outskirts but within walking distance of town
There are a few things that are important to me when renting a villa when we go on a sunny holiday abroad
1. Really good firm mattress and decent pillows to get a good nights sleep.
2. Enough properly comfy couch space so that when we get back physically tired from a day of activities there is somewhere for everyone to put their feet up and catch up before dinner/drinks/bed.
3. A bit of outdoor space (preferably private) to sit and dine, or to stretch out on a sun lounger.
4. Within walking distance of a town with restaurants/bars/shops.
5. Within easy walking distance of a supermarket/superette.
6. Relatively quiet.
I felt this villa delivered on all the above (although my husband found the double mattress too firm for his liking). What a lovely relaxing space, simply but thoughtfully decorated space, to call home for a few days. The kitchen is well equipped (we love to cook while away) and the complex is really quiet, has a great communal pool and plenty of easy street parking. The mercadona was a two minute walk up on the hill for supplies or a lovely 15 minute amble into the town centre for restaurants/bars/shops, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches.
Stefan who came to meet us was really friendly and helpful, and happy to be contacted any time if we had any queries at all, and had some great suggestions of places we could go to eat (my husband is vegan) or visit for day trips.

Lovely quieter property in a nice complex, close to Correlejo and 15 mins walk from the town centre
The property appears quite new and is very well maintained with good facilities, the manager of the property Sophie is very nice and helpful alowing us to check in early after an early flight, I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely and well equipped, fantastic pool,
Luther was really helpful (thank you) - would have been nice to have a bit more info on where to go, restaurants etc in the apartment. Car is essential - but otherwise it was perfect!

We are a couple that travel a lot and know what fellow travelers look for and need in a holiday rental, so we hope this reflects in the way we present, manage and look after our property.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
Corralejo is an excellent base to explore Fuerteventura, being close to world reknowned beaches and 3 different coastlines. Lively bars and good restaurants in the town centre are close by, but this complex is in a quiet area and has a large supermarket and a few excellent cafes within a few minutes walk.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Large rooftop terrace with sea views and the isla de lobos on one side, the volcanic crater providing a unique backdrop on the other side. A large communal swimming pool is in the complex and a kiddies playground. This is a quiet community most of the other properties are inhabited by long term residents and hence respect others space and ears.
