This great renovated house is tucked away in a private and lush setting is this two-story 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Home located in desirable Hansom Hills in East Hampton; a few minutes drive to East Hampton & Sag Harbor villages and ocean & bay beaches.
The house is on a cul de sac making it extremely quiet and also safe for children to bike around.
The very spacious interior includes a brand new high end gourmet kitchen, living room with stone fireplace and high ceilings, a dining room with an extra-large table accommodating 12 people, a master bedroom suite with king size bed; a walk in closet, and a large brand new bathroom with bathtub, separate shower. The master bedroom, living room and dining room have sliding glass doors opening on the pool deck and garden.
There are 2 additional guest rooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twin beds or bunk bed (additional bed in trundle). The guest bathroom is also brand new (equipped with Hansgrohe, Madeli and Toto).
On the spacious open mezzanine upstairs, there is another queen bed as well as an office area (opens to the living room).
Other features include: phone, high speed internet, cable, brand new HD and smart TV, DVD players, printer, Wii U, wireless speakers.
The kitchen has just been renovated and features high end Miele appliances (including a convection, steam and induction range)
The teak pool deck is equipped with outdoor dining and lounging furniture as well as a Weber barbecue. There is also ping pong table and outdoor games. The deck surrounds a large heated pool. The pool has been renovated in 2024.
The space is very enjoyable and convenient for relaxing or hosting dinner with many guests.
Lush landscaping, flowering shrubs, small vegetable garden area and a lawn encircle the house complete privacy on this quiet street.
The basement is equipped with brand new Samsung washer and dryer.
There is an extra fridge and a wine cooler located in the basement as well.
Also available: bikes for children and 4 bikes for adults.
All furniture and decoration accents are brand new and modern.

Impressive!

This home has everything you would want for a relaxing Hampton get away! Magali made sure our trip went smoothly every step of the way. She was available by message, text, phone and was beyond helpful in answering questions. We were impressed right from entering the home how beautiful and tasteful the home is decorated. The description of the home was beyond spot on! This home is just perfect to unwind from our city life. We loved the living room with the fire place and used the grill outside. We also took the kids to the beach that was a few minutes drive. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the summertime to experience the pool!

Fantastic Stay

We were looking for a place in the Hampton to getaway from the city during COVID 19 quarantine. This house by far has exceeded our expectations. Right from the beginning, the communication from Magali has been timely and so helpful. Despite that the house is spotless, Magali went out of her way to provide enough sanitizing supplies to make us feel comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and it has EVERYTHING you need. I highly recommended if you have family with little kids. The wii machine and bikes were a BIG hit. We spent so much time outdoors; bbqing and swimming in the heated pool. The kids didn't want to go back to our NYC apartment. We will definitely come back!

Great house

We loved our stay at this house. Pool was great and overall a really nice house. The location was nice away from the traffic in town and we enjoyed the silence!

Great house with large garden and pool all in excellent condition. Very friendly hosts.

Spent almost a week in the Hamptons. Location of the house is great, close to the center in a quite neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and tabletennis. Few minutes to the beach by car also good access to Sag Habor which we liked as much as East Hampton. Magali is a very nice and helpful host. The house is funished with a tasteful American-European-design mix which made us feel at home the first minute

The perfect getaway!

Needed some downtime, spent a wonderful NYC break in this beautiful house! Every comfort looked after, fully equipped with a very well appointed kitchen. Has a wonderful garden and sunny pool in a peaceful neighborhood. Just few minutes from shops, restaurants and beaches, excellent location close to town and surrounding attractions. Bikes available for a nice ride to the beach!. Magali is an amazing host super helpful. Great stay, would love to come back in the summer! I really recommend this house.

Cannot wait to go back

Great place, great hosts! We ran to the beach everyday, biked to town and played tennis. The house was closed to everything and it was so convenient. The house has everything you would need. We are looking forward to our next stay.

What an amazing experience!

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, our stay was perfect. Magali is so nice, meticulous, and responsive. She truly cares about the people staying in her home and our whole experience reflected that. The house was immaculate and was so beautifully furnished, with attention to detail, and we felt right at home! Gorgeous pool, the grounds are lovely and the place is quite spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are bright and airy, super clean and well laid out. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect winter getaway too!

We spent Christmas and New Year at Magali’s house with our daughters. This house is super clean, beautifully decorated and exceptionally cozy. The amenities are pretty new and we found everything we needed to cook, bake and enjoy our time inside. The area is peaceful and quiet (we had the best sleep in a long time..). It’s a really quick drive to town (East Hampton and Sag Harbor), shopping, and ice skating. Our girls had so much fun!! We even made it to the very close beach for the Polar Bear Plunge…way too cold but so exciting to see! The host, Magali is super responsive and helpful and very accommodating as well. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back before the summer! Definitely recommend it!

Amazing!

We are currently renting the house of Christophe and Magali and we are having an amazing stay. They have been a delight to deal with; always responding very quickly to any of our questions and always lovely to interact with. When we arrived at the house they even had a gift waiting for us! We felt so welcome at their house. And it is making the stay even more enjoyable. The house is great, very clean and tastefully decorated. There is lot of light going through the house and it gives. It’s equipped with anything you might need. They have all amenities to have a relaxing stay: ping pong, Wii U, fireplace, bikes….all the equipment seem new or at least very recent. They have a large deck and beautiful backyard and it’s so quiet that we are totally relaxed. This home is perfectly located; near the town of East Hampton, Sag Harbor and the most beautiful beach. It’s been very convenient. We will definitively rent the house again. Great hosts!

Wonderful property, phenomenal host!

The property was as advertised, quiet and well located. It was close to East Hampton (7 minute car ride) but completely private. The pool and the surrounding gardens were superb and the house was well equipped. Everything functioned perfectly. What really made the difference was a wonderful host. Magali was always responsive even when she was traveling. She even hired a company to be available 24/7 if I needed them. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Summer Rental

We rented Magali's home for the month of July and we had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect for the summer months with a very central location, very close to the town of East Hampton and the beaches. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and spacious, fully equipped with towels, kitchen accessories, pool floats and really anything you can need for your time out there. Leading upto the rental Magali was extremely communicative with us, letting us know about the house, the check in process and any questions we might have had. She is a wonderful host even during the month and would respond to any questions / queries within the hour even though she was on vacation out of the country!! And we definitely had a lot of questions. She checked in on us and made sure everything was as we needed. We had a wonderful rental experience and would love to come back next summer..

The Perfect Weekend - Met all Expectations

We rented the house from Magali for a weekend away with friends. It was our first time to the Hamptons and we could not have picked a better house and location. Leading up to the rental Magali was very responsive and helpful with all the information we needed. We were very pleased that the pictures and description were exactly as shown. The check-in process was easy. The house is great for entertaining and relaxing. We enjoy cooking so we were pleased to have all the amenities needed to make meals and cocktails. There is even additional frig storage in the basement which is nice to have. Even though the house is in a neighborhood, the backyard is very private and great for relaxing at all time of the day. They keep the pool maintained and clean. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this property for future renters.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Magali's home for an extended weekend. Throughout the entire rental process, Magali was responsive and accommodating. When we happened to run into issues with the A/C, she immediately responded and fixed the problem even though she was out of the country. The home itself was clean, spacious and as beautiful as depicted, if not more so. It offered every amenity from pool floats and outdoor games/bicycles, to a grill and kitchen fully equipped with supplies. The proximity to both the beach and town was an added plus, which we took advantage of by taking walks to town in the morning. Overall, our rental experience was excellent and we definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything You Could Want

Our stay at Magali's home was perfect. She was extremely responsive from our first inquiry & made the rental process extremely easy. We asked if she had a slow cooker for the meals we planned to cook and she went the extra mile & ordered one for our use. When we arrived, we were greeted by a neighbor who gave us the keys & showed us where everything was. It was nice having someone close to the house in case we had any questions. The pictures gave us a great sense of the home and everything was as depicted. The egg chair was my personal favorite as was the large dining room table where we gathered for dinner. The pool was clean and ready for our floaties. The house itself was light, bright & modern with ample room. The only complaint is that we'll be hard pressed to find better accommodations going forward. We felt lucky to find such a great home! I would highly recommend this house/host!
