Welcome to your next vacation rental destination home!

We cater to individuals, families and corporate vacation retreators. Our beautiful 2 beds, 2 baths home features a spacious open floor plan, stunning tile floors, cable, WiFi, full kitchen, a car garage with ample parking (you can bring your boat!) and fenced in backyard.

There is a one step down from the living room to the entertaining room to be aware of.

The home is located in a beautiful Belleair Bluffs community, 1.1 miles away from Belleair Bluff Boat ramp, minutes from beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

All you need to remember are your toothbrush, toiletries and bathing suit.

Beautiful Belleair Bluff

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood The home is very comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is very walkable. The description and pictures posted are accurate. It feels like a home rather than a rental.The bed was comfortable and the house was clean.1 mile from the Belleair bridge. Would definitely stay here again

Very pleasant stay

The owner Robert B rented the house to us on a very short notice and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was as described and very clean upon arrival in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the house again. No complaints at all.

Extremely pleased with this house, location, and total experience!

Robert was great to contact me before our stay and answered all my questions to help me plan. He was always very nice and helpful. The house was located in the perfect area for us, and the neighbors were extremely friendly. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for our stay. We frequently travel and always rent through VRBO, this is by far the best experience so far! We will definitely be renting here on our return trips to Largo/Clearwater.

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable house.

Thank you so much Robert. You were so kind and informative. We loved your beautiful home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We have stayed at many vacation homes but yours was one of the best. The location was perfect, neighbors were quiet and friendly. The house was equipped to satisfy all our needs. Home away from home

We love this place. It’s a home away from home. This is our second stay here. 1st time was 2 years ago for a couple weeks. This year we stayed for a month. Home is close to everything. It’s located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It has all the amenities you need. A short 7 minute drive to the beach. It’s nice to find a pet friendly home that is clean and not run down. We hope to rent again :)

VERY GRATEFUL

My husband and I were victims of Hurricane Helene, and our home sustained severe flooding. No way was our beach house livable, so we immediately noticed this beautiful home was not only available, it was pet friendly. We booked and the host, Robert, responded super quick that we were confirmed for our stay. Fast forward, we ended up staying at his home for 2 months. I cannot compliment the property, the host and the neighborhood enough. The house is fully stocked and has everything you need. It's super comfortable and we felt very at home and save there during our stay. We were there during Hurricane Milton as well, and the power never even went out. Any questions we had, Robert immediately responded. The sweet couple across the street went out of their way to welcome us. There were days we spent at the flood home removing debris, only to come back to find a nice dessert waiting for us from them. Our cats are our babies, and they were super comfortable as well. We cannot thank Robert enough for his kindness in allowing us to stay at his home during such a difficult time. We don't think he will ever truly know how very grateful we are to him for that. If we could give him as well as this property 10 stars, we would. Thank you again Robert, you really came thru for us!

- clean and attractively furnished - quiet working class neighborhood, close to beach - kitchen needs some attention: replace sink; new set of dinner forks/knives etc; a few convenience items: coffee pack, theebags - entry way needs some attention: clean/paint door jambs; pressure wash walkway - garage should be cleaned out of owners personal stuff

Love Location

Overall this is a very nice property close to shopping, great restaurants & beaches in a well established neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It appears that this home has been occupied consistently for quite some time as it needs a little TLC. Nothing major but deep cleaning and organization. Mr Beckman was excellent in communicating & addressing any issues. Would definitely stay here again

Thanks for sharing your home Robert! Everything about our stay was perfect! This home is located in a nice, friendly neighborhood and close to the beach. Well-communicated, contactless check-in and check-out went perfect. VRBO photos accurately reflect every last detail of this immaculately clean home with comfortable furnishings. My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks with the WiFi working perfect for remote work setup. Ideal location with an extremely short drive or long walk across causeway to the beach. Amazing stay! Can’t wait to go back!

nice residential neighborhood

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The home was very clean and cleaning supplies were provided. The house was located in a nice residential community. There is a nice fenced in yard if you have small children or a dog. A car was necessary to go to the beach, restaurants and bars. The living room does not have a couch, there are two nice recliners to sit and watch TV. I can appreciate that you are not going on vacation to watch TV but two couples renting the home or a family with children are not comfortably going to relax and watch TV together. The owner was easy to contact.

Charming rental with great backyard

Robert was a very attentive host! His nice 2/2 was exactly what my wife and I needed for 4 weeks in between homes. Our little dog loved the backyard as well. The surrounding area (Belleair) is very nice and quiet. Would stay again!

Nice and comfortable residence

Our time spent in this rental was most enjoyable. The house is roomy and we’ll furnished. The neighbourhood is tidy and quiet. We enjoyed meeting the very charming neighbours. Minor problems were quickly resolved by the owner who seemed genuinely concerned with our well being. We would highly recommend this place to any snowbird wishing to while away the winter months in quiet comfort.

What an AWESOME place!!

I cannot say enough good things about this house. For a family or two couples this is a great option versus a hotel in my opinion. It is a great neighborhood. It is convenient to many attractions. It is very spacious and it is like walking into your own house. Thanks for the hospitality!
