Beautiful, meticulously maintained condo with golf views of The Meadows Golf Club.

Freshly painted, new tile floors throughout this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor unit in the Meadows Country Club. Large spacious rooms, full size washer and dryer and King size beds in both bedrooms.

One assigned parking space in front of unit and additional guest parking.
Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, stemware and basic appliances.

Enjoy the beautiful lanai looking out at the golf course surrounded by lush foliage. This unit is fully equipped with linens and towels, while the kitchen offers every convenience imaginable. Very large master bedroom with en suite bath, has King size bed with walk-in closet. Guest bedroom offers King size bed and there is a pull out sofa that sleeps 2. Laundry room offers full size washer/dryer.

Sarasota and the surrounding area offer something for everyone from spectacular beaches at Siesta Key and Lido Key to world class theater and arts.
The Mall at University Town Center (UTC) and Nathan Benderson Park are less than 2 miles away and there is easy access to I-75. While away you can take in the shopping at St. Armand's Circle followed up by dinner at one of the many fantastic restaurants. Tiger Woods PopStroke miniature golf venue….5 min away

Excellent location

Ideal location, lovely tropical view, quiet yet 5 minutes from UTC, supermarket and restaurants. 25 minutes to the beach. Golf, tennis and gym on site. Apartment had everything we needed, it felt like moving into a friends home, lots of consumables so we didn’t need to buy everything. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, comfortable condo

Husband and I spent the month of January here. Kids came and visited for a week. Pet friendly. Very comfortable condo, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery. Beach 20 minutes away. Would recommend.

Great Property

This location was perfect for us. The neighborhood has nature paths, restaurants, shops, and a small pool. The location is near the mall, restaurants, Nathan Benderson Park, and the freeway. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. There was everything you could need at the place - appliances, silverware, hair styling products, beach gear, even fitness equipment. The place is clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property, and I extend my thanks to the owner.

Our ONLY disappointment, already rented for next year!

This was our second stay -- last year as guests and this year as renters. For us, it is ideal. The Meadows is a lovely community with many walking paths. This particular unit is light, spacious and well-equipped, with a desirable view over foliage to the golf course, boardwalk, and pool. The beds are comfortable, too! We could go on at length, but we'd prefer this be a "well-kept secret," as we'll be in the queue to rent it again!

Too bad rat problem disrupted stay

We had a rat problem for close to a month with rat even popping its head up on couch when we were sitting on it, not once but twice. LL was not too helpful. Condo Association Pest Management were useless. Setting traps that rat would eat bate and get away. The pest guy admitted that they used cheapest traps. LL said they were doing everything they could. Meanwhile we were being woken up with trap going off, cleaning up rat poop off couches, living room and kitchen. Eventually a friend brought a different type off trap and caught it in 2 days. The experience tainted our stay. Condo has best view in the Meadows, needs updating but dealing with palm rats is not what we bargained for.

We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, well-equipped condo for our guests as evidenced by the 15 5-star reviews that we have received from our tenants. Cleanliness is an important aspect that you did not exhibit during your 5 month stay. You arrived 6 weeks before any issues occurred and the exterminator advised to remove the food source such as pet food, trash, open containers, and fruit which was not appropriately done. We have since had the condo professionally cleaned, sanitized, and personally inspected to get it back to our standards for future guests.

Best experience and stay ever!!!!

Upon arrival we walked into our home away from home and were greeted by the most fantastic Florida view ever! The whole visual scene was of being in our own private, well manicured jungle overlooking the 3rd green of the Country Club course. We loved the lanai and the whole rest of the home. Beds were extremely comfortable. Linens clean and very nice. Plenty of beach towels and beach 'stuff'. Well appointed kitchen. Everything clean when we moved in. Corresponding with the owner, Tim, was easy to do. Not for complaining, but letting them know how much we love their spot and how we were taking care of it as if it were our own. The location is fabulous! We just LOVE The Meadows and owned a home a block away for 5 years. This is the next best place to stay without all the homeowner responsibilities! We look forward to returning here! We wish we weren't packing up to leave, but all good things must come to an end and we will be aiming back toward our children and grandchildren...so happiness awaits on the other end of our trip! This was an A++++++ experience that lasted all of February and March!

Wonderful condo, loved everything. The Meadows is a great location, lots of walking trails, golf, a library, and close to all shopping needs. The condo was perfect, clean, nicely furnished....wish I owned it.

Fantastic fit for our needs

We spent a month at Tim's place during the heat of Sarasota's summer. Cool, comfortable! Lanai was great; each morning at about 6 am--we're early risers--a little armadillo lumbered out of the palmetto grove facing the lanai to do his armadillo business. Magical to us northerners, and mesmerizing to our dog. Pool was great, and nobody but us used it! Top marks.

Awesome Condo

We so enjoyed our stay at the condo. Tim was absolutely wonderful! He was quick to get back to messages, give us good information on the area and good restaurants to eat, he really wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us, which it was. The beach chairs came in handy as we used to them every time we went to the beach. Perfect place to watch the storms rolling through the pine trees and the golf course view. We had a long-term stay at the condo and the neighbors around were wonderful as well. The condo is close to beaches shopping and the freeway. Very clean and very well-stocked. We had such a great time here, it was the perfect stay!

Woodland Grove

Mostly clean and neat but I found it necessary to rewash about a dozen pieces of cutlery before using them myself. the same with some of the coffee cups. My partner complained that the living room chairs were too soft for her comfort. Over all though it is a very good property in a great location, The Meadows is a beautiful place.

Florida get-away

The unit was clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the screened porch which was quiet and private.. There was an excellent supply of beach accessories with multiple beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay for the month of March.

Great Getaway

Tim was very helpful from start to finish. Condo is well equipped with beach chairs, wagon, etc.. Furniture/bedding is getting a bit old and worn, so would suggest replacing in near future.

Great location and great community

This condo, located in the Meadows Country Club, Sarasota, Fl is in a perfect location. The grounds at the meadows are impeccable. There are tree golf courses on the Complex. Beautiful trails for walking, biking, and nature viewing. The pool area is large and the water temperature in the heated pool is very comfortable. (we were there Jan-through-Feb and swam almost every day) It is short drive to many beaches- Lido, Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach. Also, very close to great shopping and attractions. The neighbors in the Condo complex are all very friendly and made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a great location with friendly neighbors look no further.
