Luxury Gated North Scottsdale Renter

5 STAR - home is everything as listed and more. Have been stayinig in the desert for years in rentals, never same one twice, this is rated as one of the best, and might have to change our mind and stay in one twice. Correspondence from our Host (Marjorie) was excellent, took care of every need and question (which were few). Would definitely recommend.

Excellent home

Inviting, clean, and comfortable. The backyard and pool were spectacular. The manager was available for questions and addressed a couple of minor issues in a timely manner.

Beautiful home experience

The home had everything we wanted for a family vacation with our adult children and granddaughter. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous. More room than we needed. Huge kitchen. Only issue was the refrigerator freezer broke down but we managed and the owner was very communicative in trying to repair it for us. Would stay here again!

Nice, but needs TLC

Property is nice, but not premier. Needs some TLC. Some small items that combined become irritating. Owner is extremely responsive to all concerns in a timely and efficient manner. While we were there 6 lights out the in kitchen, overhead light by outdoor table and back landscape lighting not working. Owner contacted vendors and inside & table lighting fixed immediate. Landscape lighting still not working when we left, even though owner had vendor there twice. Hope it is better for others so they can eat outside. Small things: 3.5 bathrooms but only one hairdryer. Knives are past dull, missing knob on stove, one cutting board. Outdoor cushions are stained, torn and losing stuffing. Some replacement cushions, but not for all seats. Small things all. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels (no wash cloths), plenty of plates, glasses, silverware. Kitchen has ALL the basic condiments and many extras including dish washer soap, laundry soap, olive oil, balsamic, spices, napkins, paper towels to name a few. Lovely touch. Thank you.

Beautiful House

The house has a lot of gathering areas and was great for our group of 8 adults. We loved the outside fireplace, tv and hot tub/pool. Working with the owners was easy and met our requests quickly. Would recommend!

Amazing house, very accommodating owner, and great location!

We had such a wonderful time! We stayed with our 2 young boys and another family with 2 yr old & infant! House was very clean, perfect amenities and MORE than enough space for everyone! The owner went over & beyond for us. She even went out and got a pack & play for our baby so we didn’t have to travel with one. The outdoor space was seriously our favorite pet of the house! Perfect pool for us all, the kids wouldn’t get out! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Home

Spacious well kept house. House was very clean on arrival. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Pool and backyard were awesome. Pool filter and pump were broken on arrival. Lisa was responsive and had it fixed quickly. We were without a pool for several days but it could have been worse if Lisa hadn't found a pool company to make it their top priority and save our vacation. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Nicely Done

This was out 7 different rental home since we started coming to Phoenix for a golf/shopping week with friends. The home was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Backyard is great for relaxing after a long day. Easy to find and close to McDowell Golf Club for a quick lunch or happy hour. The only negative would be no ironing board/iron for the ladies to use. But the location and home were great.

More Amazing than the Pic's!

The pictures do not do the home justice. Upon entering, the views are breath taking. The home is very spacious and the back yard is AMAZING. We spent most of our time out in the back.Pool, Hot Tub, Fire pit and beautiful views and picturesque sunsets. Even at night, after being out we ended up around the fire pit. One night we heard a Coyotes . The location was very convenient. The house was quite and very private yet close to food shopping, restaurants, activities and dining. We had 1 issue with the pool and the owners we fast to respond and tried diligently to fix the issue. I would highly recommended this home and hope to book the home again.

Awesome house!!

The home and amenities were as advertised and then some. All bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor space was fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub, outdoor sitting/TV area and grilled out a few nights. The location worked out well – located in a nice gated community literally a hundred yards from the golf course. Easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, bars/pubs, shopping and the 101. I look forward to my next stay.

Excellant Location and Beautiful Property

We have stayed in a lot of properties around the country and this home is in our Top 10. The reservation experience and interaction with the owner/property manager throughout our stay was fantastic. When we had a small issue with the home they immediately took care of it. The home itself is located in North Scottsdale and conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and golf. The views are spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and all the amenities the home has to offer during our stay. With 4 couples and 3 children we never felt like we were walking on top of each other in this home. GREAT LOCATION - GREAT SERVICE - BEAUTIFUL HOME
