Villa Santa Maria is a lovely stone building (500 sq m) with WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. Villa Santa Maria is located in Cortona, Italy and only 28 km (18 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings".

The villa is located just at 500 meters (15 minute walk) from the heart of the historical center of the famous Etruscan town of Cortona.
The rental is composed of 2 adjacent units, both with an independent access from the garden, however they are rented together.
