The property is within walking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Music Festivals. Beautiful family neighborhood of Indio, the city of Festivals. Located within biking distance to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private fully fenced back yard offering quiet relaxation by the sparkling private pool, in the steamy hot tub. 4 bedrooms with a combination of king and queen size beds in each bedroom. 2 full bathrooms. Spacious and well equipped kitchen and dining area.You are surrounded by a golf community, take a morning walk to Starbucks, or just stroll the streets. You will be greeted by other early rising joggers, bicyclists and dog walkers. Grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, hair/nail salon, dry cleaning, anything you might need is within walking distance. Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Desert are all a couple of miles away and each has great shopping and dining. You will be only a couple of miles from a local shopping center with grocery stores, restaurants, banks, cleaners, postal services and more. For an upscale shopping adventure, head to Palm Desert's El Paseo, the 'Rodeo Drive of the Desert,' this mile-long eclectic mix of shops offers jewelry, apparel, art, home decor and haute couture. There are more than 24 restaurants, bistros, coffee cafes, and bakeries - many with outdoor terraces which are just right for sipping a latte and savoring the moment. Westfield Shopping town is only a 15 minute drive and features an enclosed mall complete with 100 shops, a food court, and movie theater. Birthday Getaway

It was a great place to stay, just dog poop everywhere in the backyard, and pool light didn’t work at night, spa Tub jets didn’t work. Other than the great time we had.

Dear John, the issues you ran into could have been easily resolved had you communicated them to me. The pool light is on timer and pre-programmed to work at night. Someone must have turned the timer and the light probably came at a wrong time. It has been corrected. The jets were checked in the hot tub and they work perfectly, so if you were not sure how to turn them one you could have given me a call or a short text. I am always available and eager to help. The house is only used as a short term rental. We have a gardening service every week to make sure the yard is well kept. He lives close by and if you found the yard not perfectly clean he normally can come within half an hour to correct. I am glad you had a good time though. I work hard to make my guests have the best get away experience possible.

Very Comfortable Stay

Our stay at this house was as comfortable as could be. We had a party of 3 couples stay in this house to attend a friends wedding in Coachella. The houses amenities worked out great and everyone enjoyed themselves fully. We had everything we needed to enjoy a whole day pool side with a full day of BBQ and ending it in the hot-tub. The only issue we had was having extra towels for the pool and hot-tub but we easily solved that by taking the short drive to a close by Target. Everything else worked out perfect for our weekend wedding trip and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to attend any of the many events in the surrounding area.

I had this place for my birthday

I went to this house for my birthday and it was perfect and amazing it was big enough for a family gathering and I loved the environment. I’m the summer it is really hot haha. I enjoyed the experience though and it was pretty clean.

The property was nice. Did not have control of AC, pool, or jacuzzi, which would have been a help. Everything else worked out very nicely.

Convenient and cozy Indio retreat

Tanya’s rental was our home away from home during our weekend trip to Indio for a music festival. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the grill outside was great for burgers and hot dogs. The beds were comfortable and the living room allowed for easy resting and hanging out. Remember to keep the door to the yard closed to avoid letting any flies or bugs in!

Nice oasis away from home

Exactly what I was looking for. A space that is big enough for family and friends and fur babies. Good area grocery store not to far away mountains are beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub we even used the bbq grill first night. Dosent break the bank yet we were all comfortable. Thanks again.

Beautiful stay!

Second time staying! And we were not disappointed, each room was clean and comfortable the pool was heated and clean and the jacuzzi was amazing. Huge kitchen and has just about everything we needed. Easy to communicate with the host. Made our stay easy and enjoyable. We Will most definitely be retuning .

Overpriced

The beds were clean and comfortable. The floors were dirty, the house needs updating, the hot tub was filthy and not functional, there was broken glass in the backyard. The pool was dirty but cleaned up enough to be used after a pool guy came. It was also pleasantly warm. The owner also sent a house cleaner to clean up the house too - should have been clean when we arrived. Bring your own toilet paper.

Great space! The kids loved the hot tub! It was a lot busier than I'd imagined but it was a beautiful neighborhood with everything you need less than 2 miles away!

Good home and Great for families

Check in process was very easy House rules are very flexible mostly just treat like its your home. The pool was a plus everyone enjoyed it is smaller then the pictures. BBQ grill was a good add on. Cleanliness I would rate an 8/10 Pool light was a little hard to manage but host send someone the next morning to fix. Host was very attentive, Would recommend just bring disposable plates, cups and forks/spoons. Also ATV riding is 30 min away in case you want to add adventure to your trip.

Nice place, but needs some upgrades.

Liked it. Had some issues. Owner was accessible, and did something about it. But made it seem like everything was fine before I got there. (It’s my fault?) refrigerator needs replacement. Old, leaning to the side, and worst part… didn’t stay cold enough… food melted. Obviously, was with my family so still had fun. (House has small pool) but what an inconvenience.

Good stay!

Our stay was great, the house was clean and spacious. Everything was fine except for the interruption of maintenance people being sent to the house. We were on vacation and did not want any interruptions. Other than that we enjoyed the house and the Pool!

Dirty

This place is funky, and not in a good way. We arrived early and saw the cleaners departing the house, not wearing masks. I’m not sure how much cleaning they did however! The floors were filthy, hair in the beds and bathrooms. There was dog poop all over the back yard. Management offered to bring the cleaners back, after we had settled in but that’s a huge inconvenience so we opted to leave the next morning instead. I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless they hire a new cleaning crew.

Wonderful Pool-hot tub was broken though

The property feels bigger than the listed square footage. The pool was a blessing, but too bad the spa and toaster were broken. Bring your own cups and knives.

this property was great for my friends and i, we celebrated my birthday. home was clean easy checkin , they have a heated pool++++, also if you stay at this house check out neils karaoke bar!!
