★ PARKING ★

Renters and their guests should park on the driveway. There are two spots, one on the side driveway and two spots in the garage. There is no street parking.Street parking is not allowed and cars can be towed and Fined $750. Please ensure that you park your vehicle in the garage or on the driveway only.

★ PLEASE NO SPEEDING! ★

When you enter the vicinity, please follow the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine ranging from $250 to $ 5,000, which will be deducted from the damage deposit.


★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in $800.00 odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. Smoking is allowed outside only if the doors are closed so that no smoke enters the home.

★ PETS ★

Our vacation rentals are pet-friendly, and we gladly allow pets. We truly love dogs and all animals, but for pets an additional fee of $100 per pet applies. Please note that no more than two dogs are allowed on the property. Thank you for understanding.

Pet policy: Maximum 2 dogs! Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring pets. Please ensure that you clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean-up.

You understand that using the entire house, including its swimming facilities and exercise equipment such as treadmills and weight sets, carries inherent risks and may result in bodily injury. You'll take full responsibility for any injuries that come and hold the owner harmless. You acknowledge the potential dangers to unsupervised children, individuals with health risks, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or pregnant individuals. By confirming below, you agree to assume all responsibility for yourself and your party, waiving any claims against the owner for accidents or injuries related to the use of the house facilities.


POOL & Hot Tub:


We are happy to provide a relaxing pool and jacuzzi experience for all our guests. Our goal is to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The pool is heated to 76°F, which is the standard temperature.

The jacuzzi can be set to the temperature you prefer.

If you would like the pool or jacuzzi heated above 76°F, an additional daily fee of $100 will be applied.

Please submit any requests for extra amenities at least five days before arrival so that we can prepare everything in advance.

Heating Fees & Scheduling

The $100 per day fee applies only when you request temperatures higher than 76°F for the pool or jacuzzi

Due to high gas prices, this fee only covers energy costs — we do not profit from it.

If you ask for extra pool heating after arrival, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can warm the water in time.

Heating time varies depending on outside temperature.

Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a heating issue is caused by equipment malfunction.

Payment can be made through additional request or any other accepted method.

Seasonal Heating

Pool heating season typically runs from September through the end of May, depending on the weather.

The fee covers heating only — enjoying the pool and jacuzzi is always free.

Regarding extra guests:

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, which includes both adults and children (no additional guests). Please refer to the house rules for more information. Bringing more than 10 guests will result in cancellation, with no refund of the reservation.


CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and multiple individuals have access to the house, including vendors, housekeeping staff, and Guest Services personnel. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like, and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music after 10 PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.

HOA Rules:
1. NO guest street parking. HOA citations of $ 750 or more will be charged to guests if violated.
2. NO commercial vehicles or Oversized Passenger Vehicles
3. NO RV or Truck RV.
4. NO Swimming in the lake. No contact with the lake whatsoever. HOA fines of $750+, will be charged to guests if violated.
