Three bedrooms, one with a bed of 1m60, the other with a sofa bed of 1m40 and a 3rd room with 1 bed of 90 wide and 2 m long. Apartment completely renovated in 2016, two furnished terraces including 'l one with table for 5 people. Apartment for 4 adults and with a supplement of 50 euros another person in addition is 5 people.
Located 8 minutes walk from the exhibition hall of PORTE DE VERSAILLES and 10 minutes by metro from Gare Montparnasse, LYON station, Saint Germain des Pres, Trocadero, EIFFEL Tower. Metro lines 8 and 12. Bus 80, 62, 39. Near Georges Brassens Park and old book market and Parc André Citroen. Market on Wednesday and Sunday. All shops nearby. Restaurants.

Lecourbe

Classical spacious 2/3 bedroom apartment in the 15th with kitchen, dishwasher and washer, 2 1/2 bath and a small patio. Convenient to 2 Metro stops plus many local restaurants and stores. Owner, Corinne, is very friendly and accommodating to each guest with helpful local information. We felt like Parisiennes by staying here!

Very pleasant host, nice apartment

Good location in the 15th, away from the tourist traps. The apartment is large and very airy and sunny. I'd stay here again. For the height of the heatwave included the portable AC unit is inadequate, we ended up moving to a hotel and the gracious host offered to offset some of that cost. Very agreeable.

Hi Peter , Thank you for having chosen my apartment . Your are both with Amaya perfect guests. She is adorable . We are not used to these temperatures in Paris . But next year i will have a central AC unit for the two levels of the apartment . I asked for an authorization from the other building owners and Next year it will be fixed. Wish we could have stayed longer

This place was so convenient to the metro and was beautifully appointed with lots of light and balconies. It is located on the top floor, accessible by elevator with kitchen, living and powder room on one floor and two beds/two baths on the second, accessible by stairs. This is Corinne home so she had all the basic amenities one would need for a stay. She also supplied us with some basics of coffee, tea, milk and water to settle us in. Air conditioning in living and bed 1 are split units, and a portable in the second bed. There is a grocery store across the street and no shortage of restaurants, bars and specialty stores between the home and the metro. Unfortunately we were only able to book for our first 6 nights…we would have loved to have stayed for the duration of our 15 days as it was perfect for two friends.

Definitely 5 Stars

Corinne was the best, opening her apartment to us and making us feel very welcome. We communicated often before and during our stay. The apartment met all our needs from location to accommodations and it was very secure. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. With 2 large bedrooms and 2 full and one half baths, large living and dining area and full kitchen, it was ideal for my wife and I and our friend from London. Easy access (5-7 minute walk) to Metro Line #8 and especially Bus 62, which took us just a few blocks from Roland Garros Stadium for the French Open. Several good cafes and restaurants within a short walk and two grocery stores and an amazing Boulangerie across the street. Pharmacy just a block away. We would gladly stay there again.

Delightful Duplex Apartment with Roof -Level Garden Terrace

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed Parisian apartment in the 15th. It felt like staying in a house, with bedrooms on the second level up interior stairs and the kitchen, living room and dining on the first level along with a small lovely terrace surrounded with trellace fencing, blooming clematis vine and fragrant mock orange shrubs. A songbird sceranaded us with our morning croissants (from the adjacent boulangerie) and with our wine and dinner al fresco in the evenings. There is an excellent artisanal boucherie and produce shop a 15 minute stroll down the street. There are two Metro stops around the corner that wisk you in minutes to the Eifel Tower, Les Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Louvre, etc. Some good bistros and restaurants are nearby, and a couple of Metro stops takes you to Michelin starred restaurants. Madame our host was wonderfully helpful. She greeted us with wine, chatted in fluent English about the apartment (after our clumsy French), and made a special trip to DHL to ship us some items we left behind. As you can tell, we loved the apartment and highlyvrecommend it.

Propriétaire désagréable

L’appartement n’était pas à la hauteur des avis laissez par les vacanciers précédents. Nous avons voulu trouver un terrain d’entente avec l’hôte, mais cela a tourné au cauchemar. Aucune écoute de sa part et des messages textes qui ne cessaient plus. L’hôte a même changé notre date de départ en pleine nuit pour le lendemain, car elle voulait qu’on quitte. Les deux points marquants étaient le manque de rangement et le manque de propreté en général.

Expérience horrible . Il y a eu un rate sur ke ménage : Elles Ont refusé le 2 e passage d une femme de ménage a mes frais . Ne voulaient que des réductions de prix. Le genre «  plus pour moins ». Je leur ai proposé de quitter les lieux et de rembourser les nuits en leur trouvant un hébergement. Elles ont préféré faire un «  case » auprès de VRBO et demander de l’argent plutôt que de me prévenir par téléphone . Pour 230 Euros la nuit elles ont eu un appartement avec ascenseur , 3 chambres , 2 salles de bains, 3 wc, cuisine équipée , salon , 2 terrasses et … CLIMATISATION par 39 degrés. Des locataires à éviter . Je n’ai pas dormi pendant deux nuits . À éviter .

Cosy et bien placé

Parfait appartement pour notre court séjour de 3 jours, très bien placé ( à 10 minutes du Parc expo de Versailles et à 3 min de différentes bouches de métro (ligne 8 et 12)). Accueil très appréciable avec délicate attention. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Very nice and spacious flat

Wonderful apartment close to metro and Eiffel Tower

We loved our short stay here! The person who welcomed us was wonderful - very sweet and welcoming. She gave us some help finding our way to the metro and with some directions. When we left, she gave my two kids some small gifts and local bread that they loved! We felt very welcomed. The apartment is very comfortable and fit six of us very well. We all slept really well, and there were three bathrooms with sinks - a real luxury.
