Lovely Apartment
Great location, lovely views from the flat. Easy checking and checkout. Amenities were average, kitchen equipment needs an upgrade. Overall very pleased with our stay.

The apartment was clean and attractive. There were some things that needed attention: the toaster,the light over the table much to low and my husband banged his head on it,toilet handled needed work. The most difficult part was finding where the pick up location for the key was. Also we had to pay for public parking since no information was given to us regarding free parking might have been available.

As far as we know, there are no free public parking options near the property. If you discovered any slightly further away, please let us know so we can share this information with future guests.
Regarding key collection, we send detailed arrival instructions three days prior to arrival so guests can familiarize themselves with the process. You also had direct contact numbers to call in case of any need. We are sorry for any confusion and appreciate your comments, which help us improve the experience for our guests.

Cute, convenient, central apartment
Apartment with mountain and town views that’s conveniently located by the train station and a few blocks from ski lifts, mountain trams, restaurants, and everything. Apartment is small but bright, few of the amenities need updating. The only thing to be aware is that the street noise (bar patrons) can interfere with sleep. This is a popular location, so can get rowdy.

Disappointing
Firstly the positives: the apartment was excellently situated with the main attractions, shops, restaurants and train station in easy walking distance. Located in a vibrant and bustling neighbourhood.
Check in process was very easy with the rental company sending us directions in the run up to our stay.
Overall though, we were pretty disappointed. The apartment could be very nice but is in need of some serious attention.
There was ripped artwork on the walls, cobwebs, stains on the bedsheets and sofa, dirty marks on the walls, brown spatters on the bedside table and in the bathroom. The secure entry was broken as was the light in the downstairs lobby. There also wasn't any soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The kitchen knives were very blunt and the TV didn't work.
Most disappointing was that the balcony was covered in scaffolding which spoiled the view (this was not mentioned when we booked and was one of the reasons we picked this apartment). Even if the view wasn't blocked, I would not have used the balcony as it appears to be crumbling away and looks very unsafe.
We did get a partial refund but only after reminding them several times to refund us.
Overall, I would not recommend this apartment.

Sale et vétuste
L’appartement manque d’entretien, le balcon s’effondre, les rideaux sont abîmés et il en manque la moitié, comme les volets. Il y a de multiples réparations au scotch etc., l’appartement est sale, le canapé est cassé (je ne suis pas exhaustif)…
La localisation est bien et l’accès est facile. Mais l’agence n’est pas très réactive…

Merveilleux voyage de ski au soleil!
L’appartement était très bien, parfait pour 2.
Bien situé, près de tout.
Le bruit étant le seul point négatif, voix fortes et musique venant de la rue, les soirées entre 17 et 21hrs.
