Well-maintained and welcoming countryside house located on the outskirts of Sineu. Just 600m from the village.

It has capacity for 6 people, 4 bedrooms, one of them single, all bedrooms have air conditioning. 2 full bathrooms.

Cosy living-dining room with air conditioning.

Comfortable and spacious porch with views of the countryside full of holm oaks and pines.

New feature: the swimming pool has a safety fence for children.



Worth highlighting about Sineu is its famous Wednesday market with great agricultural and livestock content, currently a tourist attraction. Very good restaurants to taste one of the most typical dishes of Mallorca, the "frit mallorquí". ETV/6676

The villa was lovely and as described. Outside area particularly good. However, think it would be easier if electricity included and then would save hassle of reading meter with host. Also thought the bed linen/pillows really let the place down. Very sub-standard compared to general standard of villa.

Perfect, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Mallorca.

The facilities, pool, location, owner, everything! Perfect for a groupfamily, loved this place and perfectly located (if you have a car). Not a touristy area but close to beautiful Sineu and only about 20-30mins to lots of beaches and other sights.

I highly recommend this house if you have a car.

A wonderful house with a pool and everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Clean, comfortable and with a wonderful view from the second floor. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you very much for the kind welcome with a bottle of wine, ham and cheese. The location of the house is in the center of the island, which makes it possible to visit the incredible beaches and villages with a drive of about 1 hour. I would be happy to come to this house again. We liked everything.

Well equipped villa with everything that you need

All in all a very positive stay. Very close to Sineu which is a nice town. Well equipped villa with everything that you need to cook etc. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were staying with a 1.5 year old and a 2.5 year old and I wouldn't say the villa is child proof for children of these ages. The lack of a fence all the way round the pool wasn't ideal but again this is only an issue if you have small kids. Electricity seemed expensive at 54 euros for 8 nights, we did not use the air con as it wasn't hot when we stayed so this might get pricey in warmer months. An improvement that could be made is to give more than one key to the guests,install a key safe. The lack of this meant we often had to arrive back at the villa all at once if doing separate things during the day.

Everything was perfect.

Our family stayed at Villa Victoria in Sineu. Everything was perfect. The area is beautiful and a good array of shops and restaurants are 15-20 minutes walk away. There is also a train station nearby where you can travel to Palma for 3 Euros. The villa was very large. It's very clean and comfortable. We used the pool every day and the BBQ twice. On arrival we were met by Joana who we saw a few times on our holiday- always smiling and happy to see us. She explained about the extra fees for electricity and Tourist Tax. In the fridge we found a free bottle of wine. We were contacted a few times together us know the water was being topped up,if the pool needed maintenance. Any questions we asked were answered almost immediately. This is a perfect home for a small groupfamily. We felt well looked after by Joana and her husband and would not hesitate to go backrecommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the house and were very happy with our decision to stay there. We only have a few suggestions to make the stay better for future guests. Firstly, toilet paper should be included in the stay. We only had enough to get through the first day and any hotel/motel would include this. Secondly, the wifi connection should updated. It was extremely slow. Thirdly, the bathroon shower door does not close completely and causes the bathroom to flood, attracting bugs and creating a bad oder. We finally figured out how to stuff a towel into the door to jam it shut but I would not depend on everyone doing this and I imagine over time the water could cause significant damage, which would be a pity. Lastly, it would not hurt to add a few more kitchen utensils such as a garlic press and such. Overall, we were beyond pleased with the house and location and found the hosts to be extremely friendly. The location made it possible to visit all corners of the island within 45 minutes to an hour. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wir haben uns in dieser Finca sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben uns in dieser Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder besuchen. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Photos entsprachen voll und ganz den Tatsachen. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und haben sogar während der Zeit den Müll entsorgt. Es wurde an wirklich jedes Detail gedacht. Küche: Perfekt und vollständig ausgestattet. Zusätzlich schöner Grillbereich neben der Terrasse. Schlafzimmer: Vier Stück an der Zahl aufgeteilt auf zwei Stockwerke. Badezimmer: Zwei sehr geräumige Badezimmer, eines je Stockwerk. Einmal sogar mit riesiger Badewanne. Pool: Sehr groß und an einem Ende fast zwei Meter tief. Man kann gut darin schwimmen. Es lagen sogar aufblasbare Schwimmutensilien bereit. Der Bereich ist sogar kindersicher abzuriegeln. Finca: Absolut privat und quasi uneinsehbar. Perfekte Lage im Zentrum der Insel! Man ist recht schnell am Meer, in Palma, oder in den Bergen. Tolle Aufteilung auf zwei Stockwerken mit zwei riesigen Terrassen.

Tolle Finca in Sineu

Tolle Finca in Sineu. Wie waren mit Freunden und unserer 1 jährigen Tochter da. Großartige Babyausstattung (selbst Handtücher,Babywanne etc vorhanden). Auch die Finca ist toll ausgestattet mit Sonnenschirmen, Kühlbox, Grill und allem was man für einen gelungenen Sommerurlaub benötigt. Der Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt. Jeden Mittwoch ist der Markt in Sineu, welcher eine echte Attraktion für das Dörfchen ist. Die Kommunikation war super. Strom und Kurtaxe werden extra berechnet.

A great week in the sun

Very clean Lovely pool The owner had left the essentials when we arrived at midnight, including water which was thoughtful Spacious A bit remote - a good 15-20 minute walk into the town. Bring torches for the walk home after dinner. as it’s on an unlit fast road. Car required for shopping. Could do with a couple of parasols for shade around the pool. Make sure you have €300 in cash as well as cash for the tourist tax as this is not made clear when information is given prior to arrival. The air conditioning unit in the upstairs double bedroom isn’t working. No information given about departure, where to leave rubbish, towels etc which would be helpful

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus verbringen dürfen. Marina Y Mariana waren super nett und haben alles toll erklärt. Das Haus war in einem super Zustand, alles schön sauber und alles da, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Nähe zu Sineu ist super, in dem kleinen Städtchen ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der riesige Markt am Mittwoch ist auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Nur zu Fuß ist es etwas schwierig, da man nur entlang der Straße laufen kann, es ist möglich, aber nicht ganz so angenehm. Wir haben auf jeden Fall einen tollen Urlaub in der Finka verbracht mit vielen schönen Stunden in dem tollen Pool und auf der schönen Terrasse. Es war als würde man nach Hause kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Wir hatten die beste Zeit in der Finca

Wir hatten die beste Zeit in der Finca! Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der Pool! Auf der Terrasse kann gegessen werden, es ist angenehm ruhig! Das Auto kann super geparkt werden, ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt drei Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt ausreichend Betten und Platz für zwei Familien. Auch Handtücher gibt es mehr als genug! Die Gastgeber waren sehr flexibel und überaus freundlich! Wir konnten immer jemanden erreichen. Die beiden kommen alle paar Tage vorbei, holen Müll ab, füllen den Pool mit neuem Wasser und gießen die Pflanzen. Sie sind dabei sehr schnell und freundlich, haben den Kindern Eis angeboten. Als wir ankamen, lagen im Kühlschrank bereits Wurst und Käse, Wein und etwas für die Kinder. Es gab ein paar Spielsachen für die Kinder und Utensilien für den Pool. Es war sehr sauber und es gibt in den Zimmern Klimaanlagen, ohne kann es sehr warm und stickig werden. Es gibt Shampoos und Duschgel. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wiederkommen und vermissen Sineu!!

wir waren hellauf begeistert

Wir haben die super schöne Finca mit 5 Frauen gemietet und wir waren hellauf begeistert. Von der Buchung, über den sehr freundlichen Check In, Kommunikation mit sehr schneller Rückmeldung war alles perfekt. Die Finca ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an NICHTS! Es war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut bestückt , es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die Räume waren mit liebevoller Deko ausgestattet. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen in Landesinneren am Morgen wie auch am Abend. Tagsüber waren wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs. Das Highlight der Pool werden wir noch lange dran denken incl abendlicher Beleuchtung. Wir werden wieder kommen, das ist sicher. Danke für Alles Astrid, Anja, Annette, Susi und Karen
