Get ready for your stay in the Bear Foot Mountain Resort Owners personal cabin loaded with upgrades and amenities. Enjoy 180 degree mountain views from your 2 private and covered decks.

Prepare your meals in the large gourmet kitchen with commercial grade appliances and then dine on the covered deck with mountain views. Retire to the luxury master suite with fireplace and spa style bathroom with shower jets and Jacuzzi tub.

Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the porch swing or lounge chair on your covered deck.

Play in your outdoor living area with pool table and corn hole game. Relax inside in the great room with wood burning fireplace and 70 inch HD TV with satellite DirecTV. End your day relaxing in you 102 degree hot tub with mountain views!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Anniversary Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few up and downs to our cabin stay and Elk Springs Resort went above and beyond to accommodate all of them. First we got a text on our check in day that our initial cabins hot tub was not heating properly. We expressed our disappointment and the staff upgraded us to a beautiful new cabin with a breath taking view immediately, our check in time wasn’t even delayed. Next there was an error with our door code and maintenance came very quickly and resolved it. Lastly, we managed to get snowed in on our check out day. Staff set our check out time to the afternoon and promptly sent maintenance on a snow plow and ATV to dig us out! Thank you to Dwayne and the other two gentlemen with him that not only cleared the cabin’s driveway, they proceeded to ride one in front of us on the snow plow and the other behind us on the ATV to be sure we made it down safely. This was all on top of a beautifully maintained cabin that was clean and comfortable. Even the bed slept fantastic. Thank you to all staff and maintenance that fixed every hiccup we met so we were able to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back in the future.

Did however have a visit from a couple of bears who came up on the porch and gave me a good scare! We definitely plan on returning to this cabin. But I'm not breathe enough to hang out on the main level unless the porch is blocked off somehow in the future. We did enjoy the second tier deck.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have rented this cabin and it is still a beautiful home just needs a refresh. I understand everyone is making cuts but the extras is what we use to love about this place. They don’t supply firewood any more ,the few tiny pieces of soap they leave you are useless, the throw pillows on the couch should just be tossed in the condition they are in, the kitchen table is in such bad condition and the beetles and lady bugs all over in the upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were filthy and need a good clean and all the area rugs need to be washed or replaced. There were several light bulbs out in the house and the ones that were there are all different brightness. Looks pretty bad. Also the fireplace screen needs to be replaced because it is being held up by a safety pin. The place in 3 years we have been there has gone down hill in respects to quality. On a good note the office was quick at responding to all my needs. None of the lamp posts up the driveway work so I called about it because it is very dark drive and they came the next day. A few got fixed. The scenery is spectacular and a very quiet place to relax.

Beautiful location but cabin needs some love

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time with Elk Springs, since the first visit was amazing. We chose this cabin as it was in the same location as our previous one and that one was no longer available through Elk Springs. First impression was that it was a gorgeous location and the cabin is huge. The seclusion is really really nice for privacy. Unfortunately we noted immediately that the kitchen floor was filthy with something sticky spilled everywhere. I cleaned it up and we let it go as a fluke. Heading upstairs I noticed that the duvet and throw shams had oily smears on top and white stains on the underside but the sheets were fresh and clean. Disgusted we removed the shams and duvet for our stay. Fortunately we didn’t need them anyway because it was incredibly hot every night and only in the sleeping area. Aside from cleanliness, which it needs a deep clean, this cabin needs some attention. The floors have soft spots, separation, and evidence of water damage, the water in the kitchen does not get very hot, the knobs on the range hood fall off on their own, the oven door doesn’t shut all the way, and some lights don’t appear to work at all. We just did not feel comfortable in this cabin. Strange things seemed to happen during our stay and multiple times I’d receive texts from Elk Springs about something we had just talked about privately in the cabin. Whether coincidence or not, it was unsettling. We enjoyed Gatlinburg and the Smokies, but wished it had been better at the cabin itself. I think we’ll try to get our original cabin for next time regardless of who it’s managed by.

They communicated on everything from prior to our trip, day of arrival when our cabin was ready and checking to make sure everything was to our liking. This is our 4th time renting from Elk Springs and they will be our first choice again the next time we return to the mountains.

Have all this beautiful outdoor lanterns to light up the property. Only one worked. No landline service. Clean up all the cobwebs on the porches. All miner things. Would definitely book again.
