The living area is large and airy with a spacious lounge and a dining table and 6 chairs, there is a large sofa bed and a large 4K Smart TV with thousands of different TV channels from around the world. The living area has patio doors leading out to the large balcony with an an outside table and chairs to seat 6 people. From the balcony you can see over towards the pool area, Marina and town of Lagos.

There are 2 bedrooms the Master suite has a king sized bed and the twin bedroom has 2 beds, the en-suite has a bath and over head shower. There is a second bathroom with shower.

The pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
