The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The spacious living room with its towered roofing is furnished with sofa beds and has a separate dining area. TV (English, Spanish channels), CD, DVD, fiber optic wi-fi internet available. The apartment is cold and hot air-conditioned. Additionally, there are infra-red radiators in the penthouse.
