The building our condo is located in is right on the beach! The Condo is on the fourth floor offering an absolutely great ocean view. (See Picture Above.)

Donā€™t worry about climbing stairs with all of your belongings. The elevator lets you off within just a few feet in front of the door. This allows for easy access to the beach and pool.

The Condo itself sleeps up to four. There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ample closet and drawer space for your clothes and other belongings. The master bedroom is also equipped with a 32 Inch Flat Screen TV.

The couch in the living room rolls out into a comfortable double size bed.

The comfortable, fully furnished living room has a super entertainment center that includes, Wireless Internet.. A 65 Inch Fire TV and A Great Stereo System.

The bathroom has a bathtub for relaxing and a really great shower youā€™re sure to enjoy!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils youā€™ll need. In addition to the stove, thereā€™s a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more.

There are "2 Refrigerators" in this condo.. One in the kitchen for food and necessities & another at the adjacent bar providing additional storage to keep your beverages cold.

The large balcony has a two High Backed Poly Chairs facing the ocean & an additional High Top Dining Table with 3 comfortable poly strapped chairs. Itā€™s a great place to sit any time of day or night and take in the ocean air.

We must not forget the large pool right on the ocean. The Stainless Steel Wire Fence allows you relax comfortably on the pool deck and feel as though you're sitting right on the beach!

This room was absolutely perfect for me. It had everything I needed and the carts and elevator was a huge plus! Easy access to the beach and pool and i loved that the area to clean off your feet was under the building out of the sun. The location was absolutely perfect as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Stay was fine needs some updates on the whole property. Elevator stopped working for a day or so. Propertyā€™s. Are small but have what you need as long as they are kept up to date.

Girls' Week!

My mom and I stayed at this condo for a week in May and we enjoyed the accommodations close to a lot of restaurants and right on the beach. The updated kitchen was perfect for those who liked to cook. The condo was just the right size for the two of us. We discovered Express Watersports in Murrells Inlet, where we parasailed and enjoyed a sunset happy hour cruise. So many activies we are already looking forward to next year!

This is a great little place suitable for two people or so. Nice location, clean, well appointed. Only issue is the parking situationā€¦it can be pretty frustrating! Not nearly enough adequate parking for all guests at this condo. Thatā€™s not the fault of this particular unit, just something to keep in mind. Would stay againā€¦thanks!

This was the perfect place for our family for a quick vacation. The condo had everything you would need to sleep there as well as cook any meals. A very short walk to the beach and convenient to most places. The patio offered great beach views first thing in the morning all the way into the evenings. The check in process was very easy and the instructions given were clear. We had a great time and will definitely go back.

Garden City Condo

Great and convenient location for the beach. Condo was just as pictured. Communication with Kim was great. The only negative I have about anything was the parking. Parking was very slim (not enough for 1 vehicle per condo) so if you went to the store to get groceries or to pick up take out you usually lost your spot. Located by public access but you couldn't park there overnight. Other than the parking our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you again Kim and Patti for allowing us the use of your condo.

The condo was great and Kim was very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect size for our family and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need plus more. The balcony has a great view of the beach and itā€™s only a one minute walk to get to the water. Pool area was nice as well. The only down side is there isnā€™t much parking and the spots are tight if youā€™re in a truck or suv, but we always lucked out somehow and got a spot. This would not deter me from staying there again though. Thanks Kim!

Great view and adequate for the price

PROS: the location, 1 min walk and you are at the water! The balcony, Iā€™m so glad the pub table and chairs are there because we sat out there every morning and evening watching the water, eating and enjoying cocktails. The elevator, while it sounded scary, not all places have elevators so it was very helpful! CONS: I would recommend getting rid of the bunk beds or at least the desk to make it not feel so cramped, I truly donā€™t understand how you could fit 6 people and luggage in that apartment! The only closet was full of cleaning supplies so storage is limited if you donā€™t want to unpack the whole suitcase. We just had 2 adults and a 3 month old and couldnā€™t imagine anymore bodies in there! We would leave all the beach stuff in the car overnight which helped! Bring your own pillows and blankets, the pillows were very flat and the comforter seemed old. We did order the linens package which was great and eliminated a whole stack of things we had to pack! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and you get what you pay for, so, with that we were satisfied! Owners were wonderful to work with, very quick with responding and super friendly! Also, an FYI, they donā€™t allow tents on the beach, just umbrellas, so pack accordingly! We have never been to a beach that didnā€™t allow tents(the police stopped by as soon as we set everything up!)šŸ˜„but we got a cheap umbrella that worked great!
