The unit has a pull out couch which can sleep 2 additional people (extra charge of course) Queen bed in the master bedroom and two doubles in the guest bedroom. All rooms have flat large screen TV's in all rooms, streaming only, no cable. Fully furnished, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in the unit. Community heated pool, serene courtyard to sit outside and relax, no one is EVER disappointed in this luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.

1 block from beach and walking distance to all restaurants, bars, and shopping. And if you have never been to Delray for the 4th of July, you are missing out!
