This home is truly a great find in Delray Beach. This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence is a perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm, nestled in the heart of Delray Beach. Built in 2019, this home is the newest on the street and stands out with its contemporary design and top-tier features. Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, open concept home to enjoy meals together and relax after a fun day at the beach.

Step outside to your private oasis - a heated saltwater pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping with uplighting that makes the yard magical at night. The outdoor area is fully equipped with a BBQ grill, table and chairs to eat outside, outdoor shower, heated, saltwater pool and lounge chairs - perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine or relaxing after a day at the beach or shopping on Atlantic Ave.

We don't charge to heat the pool to 82 degrees. We will accommodate reasonable early check-ins and check-outs if possible - please message me.

Our home is close to Delray Beach Tennis Center, fabulous Atlantic Ave and 1.5 miles to the beach!

Security cameras are located outside at all entrances for security purposes and a noise monitor (no recording) on the first floor.

Our SW neighborhood is a transitional neighborhood, diverse, quiet and safe. Drive, shuttle or walk to all the restaurants and shops that Atlantic Ave offers.

Electric Car Charging: As previous Tesla Owners, we know how convenient it is to get a full charge at home. Please let us know if you have a need to charge an electric car during your stay.

As you see in the photos. great pool. open concept. bright. 3 full bathrooms which helps with the more people staying. walk to restaurants . easy to get on and off the highway so you dont need to go through all the traffic. beach is 20 minute walk . safe area. evenings are quiet. owners are easy to communicate with. quick to respond. solve problems efficiently.

Spring break getaway

This house was beautiful and the hosts provided everything we needed! The kids loved the heated salt water pool! Most of the activities on Atlantic Ave and the beach were a little too far to walk so we used the Freebee app to get a quick golf cart ride to our destination. Great communication from the hosts. Would stay here again.

Getaway week

Me my wife and our two children boy girl. 18 - 20. Came to south Florida for a winter getaway week from the harsh north weather. This house made the trip. Amazing.

Cute, clean, & well-stocked

The house was the perfect rental! It had everything a family could need: the right appliances and cookware, large bathrooms and nice-sized bedrooms, and a very private backyard with a great pool. It was clean, newly renovated, and the owners were super helpful about anything we might need during our stay. All-in-all, a great rental experience!

Great Delray Stay!

Love the size of the house and really enjoyed the backyard. The home was spotless, quite specious and very comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful and the pool was GREAT. The kitchen/whole house was well stocked, there were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, the house was comfortable and cute. We stayed for 6 weeks and had a wonderful stay! Thank you for everything!

Great stay -- convenient and equipped!

Had a great stay at this property in Delray. House came with everything my family and I could think of--pool floaties, bikes, beach towels, basic toiletries, etc. Was as advertised online, pictures are accurate. Downtown Delray and beach are close, but car is likely needed. Overall, a great stay and very efficient responses from hosts!

Perfect place

The house was incredible, and it looks bigger in person than in the pictures. The house was great, super clean and very comfy! It has everything that you need and more. The backyard with the pool is unbelievable. I loved this house. What I like the most is that that Dawna answered my messages right away, so communication was perfect. Thank you Dawna for accommodating us. I appreciate you.

Amazing!

We stayed here for a long weekend for a wedding in Delray and the house was lovely! It is exactly as pictured, super clean and a very comfortable stay. The pool is awesome and we spent hours enjoying it. The location is close to the main road with all of the bars and restaurants but is in a transitional neighborhood - we felt safe the whole time. Dawna is an incredible host. She welcomed us with our favorite cocktail mixes on the kitchen counter and was very responsive. We last minute requested for late check out and she accommodated our request with no questions asked. She also actions all feedback on the property promptly - for ex. we let her know it would be awesome to have places to sit outside around the pool and she promptly purchased outdoor furniture for the space. Overall a 5 star stay for what we were looking for, thank you for everything Dawna!

Beautiful new home

Kids had a great time in the pool and enjoyed the restaurants and the beach. While the neighborhood is up and coming, so we drove to most places, parking was easy and you could walk from here to all the bustle on Atlantic if so inclined. Beds were super comfy and the house was very well stocked. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect.

We were in town for a family wedding with our parents and our daughter. We cooked meals and enjoyed each other’s company in this beautiful space. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The communication was easy and Dawna was so helpful. We will stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Newly built comfortable house for family stay in Delray

The house is newly built and we were the first guests to stay. It is very well laid out and equipped with high quality finish. The bedrooms were a good size with a spacious master suit. The bathrooms were very nice and worked well with good water pressure and nice fittings. The kitchen has a lovely breakfast bar and there is a nice separate dining room which my two uni student daughters used to do their studying. We didn’t use the pool as it isn’t heated and was a bit chilly but that was clearly explained in the listing. The beds were comfy and the house quiet for a good nights sleep. The area is up and coming with very friendly people but the neighbourhood is not very picturesque. It’s about 10 to 15 minute walk from the main drag on Atlantic and my daughter and I walked back home late at night feeling safe.
