Lovely apartment in beautiful gardens. Great pool. The hosts kindly met us very late and provided bottled water. The air conditioning is provided through underfloor cooling. This wasn’t enough for us in the night unfortunately.

Review for stay from 04 August 2026 to 11 August 2026

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the house, particularly the swimming pool, which was well maintained and always clean. The surroundings were peaceful and the house itself was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, although the dehumidifiers were a little noisy. When we mentioned this, the host immediately contacted a technician to check. The technician confirmed that the noise level was normal for the type of dehumidifiers installed in the house. We really appreciated the host’s responsiveness to address our concern so quickly. The kitchen was also clean, although we found the selection of utensils, pans, and other cooking equipment rather limited and somewhat old. The coffee machine and toaster did not work very efficiently, and replacing or upgrading some of these items would make the cooking experience much better. That said, we appreciated that the host provided us with a new moka coffee maker during our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing week.

Magnifique !

Review for stay from 02 October 2023 to 09 October 2023

Bardzo czysto i wygodnie, okolica spokojna. Basen super, były też materace i inne zabawki do kąpieli.

Abbiamo trascorso giornate molto belle e tranquille nell'appartamento Flavia 6. Noi torneremo.

Review for stay from 14 August 2021 to 21 August 2021

Review for stay from 25 June 2019 to 06 July 2019

This property was great for families who want to enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to enjoy the local cities (20 mins from central Pisa and 15 mins from Lucca), at a very good price. We hired a car and would recommend to do the same, though local busses run from the village. There is a local shop just a few mins away for the essentials, however they are more expensive than the likes of Lidl found in nearby towns. ( recommend to go there if self catering as much cheaper), and a nearby pizzeria with generous portions at a good price too. The scenery around the apartment was amazing with the mountains behind the pool. People were very friendly and communication with the agent and owner was very simple and quick responses given

We enjoyed our stay at Flavia apartments and the location between Lucca and Pisa was good. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a lovely Tuscany style to it. Short of one or two things ie. cups and glasses but we managed. The wi fi worked well with Android but not Apple. The pool was not heated but we enjoyed it all the same especially our girls and it was well maintained. A little local information left in the apartment would have been useful especially about the buses if you are without a car. We would be more than happy to stay here again
