Good afternoon Leon, We are deeply sorry to hear of your complaints and the dissatisfaction you have experienced during your stay at our facilities. We want to express our apologies for any inconvenience you experienced, but we also feel the need to clarify some important points. We have taken your maintenance request very seriously and actually sent a maintenance team not on one occasion, but on four different occasions to address the issue you reported. Our goal has always been to solve the problem quickly and effectively for your convenience. We understand that during this process, we recommend that you temporarily avoid using one of the two bathrooms to allow the repair to be properly completed. Unfortunately, we noticed that they decided to use it anyway. This could have caused delays in the repair process and additional difficulties in resolving the situation. Our operational team has been in constant contact with you throughout your stay, and we have sent the operator on several occasions to ensure that his needs were adequately addressed. We understand how important it is for our guests to enjoy a pleasant stay, and we work diligently every day to meet their expectations. We deeply regret any inconvenience you experienced during your stay and appreciate your comments as they help us improve our services. We sincerely hope that you will give us another opportunity to demonstrate our dedication to our customer satisfaction and to provide you with a more positive experience in the future. Your comfort is our priority, and we are committed to doing everything we can to make your next visit that much more pleasant. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Sincerely, MySpace Barcelona Team
