Enjoy your summer in mid-century style in this fun 3 bedroom/ 2 bath beach cottage in the famous artist community of Springs, East Hampton. House is just-1/2 mile from the private Clearwater Beach Association with its own beautiful bay beach, playground, picnic tables and parking - all just minutes from East Hampton & Amagansett Villages and the Ocean Beaches. The house interior is freshly painted and decorated with stylish art, all new furniture, and refinished hardwood floors,. The backyard sports rustic landscaping, new patios, heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, pool house and fire pit for you and your guests to enjoy. Your easy, breezy Hamptons summer awaits!

Primary bedroom suite is equipped with a King bed, newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub plus french doors that open to pool area.

Guest Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed.

Guest Bedroom #2 has a Full bed.

The kitchen is fully appointed and ready to cook full family meals.

For your convenience/entertainment house has three flat screen Smart TVs, plus Sonos Sound in living room/all bedrooms and the pool house.

Patio has a gas grill and large teak dining table, umbrella and chairs.

Pool area is equipped with teak lounges, cushions and chairs for you and your guests. *** No Pets Allowed in Pool

The private beach is walking distance, but you'll be given a key card that will allow for parking so you can bring your chairs/towels and little ones.

** CANCELLATION POLICY: Once we take a deposit, the house is removed from searches for the dates booked. So ,if tenants are forced to cancel their reservation, deposits are refunded ONLY if we are still able to rent the same dates to a suitable tenant.

The house was just perfect. The location and amenities were wonderful. It is close to the beach and to other nearby locations like the Bay Street Theatre and Montauk should you like to go on short excursions. The owners were extremely attentive and communicative. It is an ideal place for an East Hampton vacation!

Beautifully furnished spacious and very comfortable cottage . Pool area is perfect, heated water gives extra comfort. A definite place to come back to.

We had an amazing week in the Hamptons, and the house was perfect. Mike took the time to orient us to the house and pool, and we loved everything about it. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything from towels to stand-up paddle boards to beach chairs. The house was well equipped and ideal because we brought my mom and she can’t do stairs. The heated pool was great after a day at the wineries or the private beach club (which again was excellent for families). Thank you to Mike and Kate for the best house and the best week-we hope to come back!

Great stay

House is as advertised. Clean, well-stocked, kid proof, good for a small family like ours. You could spend a week just hanging in the quiet backyard. Owner is friendly and available. Would return.

Perfect stay to kick off the summer

We really enjoyed staying here. It was the start of our summer and our kiddos really loved the pool. The layout of the house was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was fenced and perfect for our two furry family members to enjoy as well. The host was very responsive and had some wonderful suggestions. Would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful East Hampton/Springs home. The home is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you would need. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for us—we’d spend hours each day swimming, lounging and fully enjoying the space. Michael was an exceptional host, very responsive and attentive. Definitely 5 stars all around!

Second stay a wonderful as the first!

This was our second stay at the property and as always, Mike and Kate went out of their way to make our visit as comfortable and lovely as possible. The house, pool, and nearby beach are all beautiful and top-notch, and the property and amenities are perfectly maintained. Mike and Kate went the extra mile to ensure our comfort level and we would absolutely return again.

Lovely Week in the Springs

The hosue is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family vacation with our 16 month old. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds and linens were super comfortable, and the salt water pool was so relaxing. The beach is a little rocky but water is clear and super convenient—1 min drive from the house. So close to East and plenty of local haunts for dinner, market etc. Mike was a great host and communicator.

Great stay at a wonderful home!

We really enjoyed staying at Mike and Kate's lovely home! It had everything we could have wanted an more! Lovely spaces, upscale amenities, fantastic yard, and wonderful pool! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and relaxing by the pool, which was always warm and welcoming after a great day at the beach! The master suite is HUGE. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike and he was delightful and attentive. Would DEFINITELY return!

Wonderful house and pool

We can't recommend Mike's property enough. The house was beautiful and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like bikes, kayaks, kids' scooters, plenty of beach chairs and beach/pool towels, and Sonos speakers in every area you would want to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked with a generous supply of silverware, pool-safe glassware, etc. The master suite has a modern remodeled bathroom, a huge walk-in closet and plenty of space to actually unpack and put away your clothes. The two other bedrooms are at the other end of the house to give parents some privacy. It's also clear that dogs are welcome and loved; the house has poop bags, a rubber dog bowl mat, and blankets for covering sofas, among other things. The pool is generously sized, heated, has areas of shade for most of the day, and cool lighting at night; the pool house has both drink and mini-fridges and a sofa and twin bed.The lawn is perfectly maintained and ideal for lawn games.Mike is highly responsive to requests and questions.Highly recommend and would return.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable home. There was a little wear and tear at the end of the rental season but nothing that interfered with our time there. The kitchen was well equipped, the layout of the house was comfortable and very utilitarian. We enjoyed cooking together around the kitchen island, comfortable meals outdoors in the garden area with details like string lights, and we also made great use of the pool, kayaks and paddle boards, and beach down at Clearwater. Very accessible for running out Gerard Point, one of our favorite spots. And absolute 5- star benefit was the kindness and helpfulness of the host, Mike. He was very flexible and accommodating and very responsive to our questions prior to arrival and while we were there. He also sent a message to make sure all was well after arrival. He met us upon check-in and reviewed the whole house with us. We would absolutely recommend a stay here and would return. Thank you, Mike!

A perfect getaway!

We spent a wonderful week at this perfect house. The interiors were sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was well organized. Everything looked brand new, and the open areas between the kitchen, dining and living room felt spacious and cozy at the same time. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The jewel of the backyard was certainly the heated pool- refreshing and stunning. We grilled several times on the large Weber grill. We took the two-person kayak out one day, which was really fun. It was very convenient, as the kayak is stored at the Clearwater private beach association which guests are able to access. Beautiful bikes are also available at the house. The area around the house is truly lovely, and we regularly saw deer, turkeys, and turtles. The Gerard Drive beach is highly recommended- with panoramic water and sky. Mike was incredibly nice to work with, and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience at this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved the pool and the close proximity to Clearwater beach. The bikes were top quality and we enjoyed family bike rides in the area. The property owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed before, during and after our stay!

Great pool vacation

Spotlessly clean cozy house with a great backyard for grilling, swimming and hanging out! Heated saltwater pool is great for kids and grownups. Fire pit for making s’mores was great too! Mike was super helpful and responsive host. Would definitely return!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

Our family of four (two adults, two small children) had a truly relaxing and wonderful week at this house. The owners were a delight to work with and the house was as pictured-- bright, airy, well-appointed, and lovely. As beach access in the Hamptons can be quite tricky, we loved having key-card access to the private beach nearby, and it provided a truly peaceful getaway in all respects. Beautiful Hamptons

We had a wonderful time in this home ! The house is exactly as shown in pictures , very nicely decorated with a beautiful outdoor pool and pool house. The owner , Mike, was great to work with . He met us at the home for an orientation and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. Will return again!

My wife and I just bought the house this year and have been having a ball renovating it and making it a perfect laid back Hamptons retreat.

We've loved the South Fork for years and, in addition to my job as a TV producer, I spent years as a fishing guide in Montauk. We chose this house because of its large property and open layout which makes it perfect for entertaining our large extended families.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

East Hampton train and Jitney stops are no more than 10-15 minutes from the house. The Village and Ocean beaches are similarly close. The house is 1/2 mile -- a short walk -- from the private beach. You'll get a key card so you can park a car there if you need to bring your beach stuff. For access to the ocean beaches, consider buying a non-resident parking fee at the Town offices.

If you fish or boat, this area of Gardiner's Bay is simply one of the most beautiful in the country. We are happy to refer captains and guides that can show you how special it is.
