This charming apartment is ideally located at the foot of the Savoy/ Brévent ski slopes and just 2 minutes walk from Chamonix centre. In winter, ski schools ( ESF) are just in front of the building.

Recently renovated, it offers a cosy and comfortable atmosphere with a chalet style ( logfire, latest equipments : ipod dock, large flat screen TV with international channels, WIFI, brand new beds, pillows, duvets, first quality bedlinen).
Its large terrasse ( 30 sqm) facing south offers panoramic views of the Mont-Blanc and the Aiguilles. It is set in a very calm and green residence.

It is ideal for one or two families or a group of friends.

No need for a car, you can do everything by foot : shopping, skiing, dining out, swimming, playing tennis, ice-skating, hiking, cinema, after-ski in town, etc
There are a private and secure garage as well as a private ski locker in the cellar.
Bed linen , towels are included in the price.
Beds are made before arrival.

Equipments: Washing machine+ dryer; dish-washer, microwave, oven, induction cooker, large TV, stereo base for ipod, 'acova' heaters in the bathrooms ( to dry towels), DVD player.
Outdoor dining table and 8 chairs.

Location: Very convenient : Ski equipment can be rented in a ski shop in front of the building;

Numerous hiking trails start from the Savoy : 'Le petit balcon Sud', Planzpraz/ Flégère, le lac Blanc, les Aiguilles Rouges, etc...
Great amusement park with summer sledge ( luge), tree-adventure park : 10mn walk.
Indoor and outdoor ( in summer) Olympic swimming pool with slides : 10 mn walk.
Tennis courts with a restaurant well-know for its southfacing terrasse, great views of the Mont-Blanc : 10 mn walk.

Perfect location for ski vacation

More spacious than we anticipated (8 real beds). Very convenient to the Brevent lift. The #2 bus to Grand Montets is around the corner (5 minute walk).

Ski week

A lovely apartment in a great location to Le Brevent and the walking area of Chamonix. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to explore the ski areas and the food scene in Chamonix. Found a great wine/cheese shop within steps of the unit.

Chamonix ski week

The location gives excellent access to skiing (Brevant) and town. Lovely communal space. Kitchen is small but functional. Perfect place for a week of skiing.

Great apartment.

Stayed at the apartment for the Mt. Blanc Marathon. Location is very central and convenient. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. The balcony/patio is large and has amazing views…we spent a lot of our down time there. My only (and very minor) complaint is that the towels were a threadbare and limited. Otherwise I highly recommend the apartment.

Very good location and well equipped

The apartment had everything we needed for the first 2 days, it was clean, well built and was the right temperature. Everything worked according to the instructions provided. One of the best parts was the proximity to the Savoy lift which was a 3 minute walk away, this could be used to access Brevent and Flegeres fairly quickly. Our children has ski school lessons which was also close by. All in all better than we expected and we may return.

A quality apartment

We had a fabulous time in this huge apartment in probably the best location in Chamonix. It's almost ski-in ski-out being at the bottom of the drag lift up to the gondola to the brevent ski area. It has a good size lockable garage in the secure car park, parking otherwise is limited. Within a few yards there are 2 excellent restaurants, a deli and a patisserie across the road, a bit further along is the Main Street. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well thought out. It's beautifully furnished with quality appliances and soft furnishings, plenty of crockery and glasses (not the usual mismatch chipped stuff). The 3 bedrooms are big with plenty of storage and the comfiest beds ever, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets means no queuing. There are 2 balconies, the one off the lounge is massive and has a stunning view of aiguille du midi. In 10 years of renting in France this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in - it ticks all the boxes. The wifi works great here too.

Wonderful Apartment!

We just returned from spending a week at Nathalie's apartment and we had a fabulous time. The apartment is in probably the best location in the entire valley - step out the back door and you can ride the drag lift to the Brevent gondola, step out the front door and the main shopping area is only a block away. Right across the street is a wonderful bakery, take-out restaurant and pizza cart. The apartment comes with a private locked garage space as well as a large ski locker. Now on to the apartment - it is beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and everything is beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are really nice. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The views from the balcony by the living room were amazing. The apartment is also very quiet -we never heard any noise from outside or neighbors. Nathalie made the booking process very easy, and the management company in Chamonix took care of all of our other needs as well - lift passes, guides, etc. We look forward to returning again soon!

Ideal location

10 minute max walking distance to everywhere. Ski lift out back door that connects to Le Brevent gondola is so convenient! We also took bus to Les Grands Montets and Les Houches ski areas, and bus stops were 5-7 minutes from home. Apartment complex is safer than a bank vault, with locks and keys and codes for every door, which gets a bit overwhelming at times. The garage within a garage is difficult to get into and out of, so bring a small car, if any. You really don't even need one unless you are leaving Chamonix for other reasons, as we had to do. Plenty of dishes and cookware and silverware for a crowd.Place was warm and quiet. We purchased firewood at the local supermarket 7 minutes away on foot. There is also a Magasin Bio, which had lots of vegan foods, which we loved! Our favorite restaurant was Bizes, which had spectacular vegan and nonvegan food. We ate there twice because we loved it so much!We used washer, but dried clothes on drying rack because we had so many ski clothes that had to dry quickly, and did in the dry air. We used dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge. Great place!

Wonderful property in a great location

Nathalie's apartment is fantastic. We had 2 families (4 adults and 3 children) and it was perfect for us, not only in terms of bedding but also common areas - it's cozy but definitely enough space for us to hang out together in the combined dining/living room. The balcony is enormous and has just outstanding views and tons of seating, so in good weather you have more than enough space to spread out there too - we loved it. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Check in was very easy, with very responsive and attentive staff located in Chamonix - we had plenty of communication in advance of the trip that made things easy. Also very nice to have an enclosed garage. And the walk to the slopes just can't be beat, and almost everything we did in town was less than 10 min walk as well. My only warnings - and these are just things you should know and not in any way should keep you from staying here - are that (1) you will need to bring your own soaps and shampoos, but these are easily purchased when you do your food shopping in town, and (2) the upstairs bedroom is very much a "loft" setup. The 2 twin beds are absolutely perfect for kids, and given them their own room and space. But the bedroom, while fully enclosed and with a huge and well equipped bathroom, does have very low ceilings in parts of the room. All in all, we loved the apartment. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we wanted to, but we will absolutely come back and stay again. One of the best rentals we've ever had.

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig

DIe Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Fantastischer Blick auf das Bergpanorama und den Mont Blanc. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 5 Personen bewohnt (Großeltern, Eltern und 15-jährige Tochter). Jedes Paar und die Tochter hatten ein Schlafzimmer und Bad für sich. Optimale Ausnutzung der Platzverhältnisse in der Wohnung. Für die Nutzung der Bergbahnen sollte man sich im Vorfeld informieren, wie oft man sie nutzen möchte. Leider haben wir hierzu nur unzureichende Informationen von der Tourist-Info erhalten. Dies ist jedoch unabhängig von der sehr schönen und sehr zu empfehlenden Wohnung. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub!

Wonderful Apartment in a great location

A wonderful holiday in a lovely appartment. Fantastic views from the balcony, the apartment is spacious and well equipped throughout. Great location for views, proximity to the town centre and cable cars. Great rooms, bathrooms and showers, and the car parking with secure garage is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

The apartment couldn’t have had a better location - close to town and the slopes at the same time. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our 2 families. The views are unbelievable! We highly recommend it and we’ll be back!

Vacances d'hiver en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au pied des pistes du Savoy et de l'école de ski, idéal pour les débuts de notre petit garçon de 4 ans. L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur le Mont Blanc, est situé à 5min du centre ville. L accueil a été bien organisé par le correspondant local du propriétaire .

Très bel appartement correspondant parfaitement à l'attente. Propre, calme, spacieux, une vue sur le mont blanc exceptionnelle. Grande terrasse à l'avant pour profiter de cette vue exceptionnelle, terrasse à l'arrière, pour profiter du calme. La proximité du centre ville et de ses nombreux commerces est un atout complémentaire. Recommandé et à retenir en tout cas.

Nos alojamos 7 amigos durante una semana. El alojamiento fue muy acogedor, las vistas desde la terraza espectaculares. La propiedad y la agencia muy atentos para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Nos gustaría volver en otra ocasión.

Confort au pied des pistes

Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable, coquet et parfaitement équipé! L'appartement est situé au pied des pistes et en plus, à coté des commerces. L'accueil par l'agence s'est très bien déroulé aussi. Les petits comme les grands ont pu découvrir et apprécier Chamonix!

Parfait!!!

Sejour parfait. Prestations en ligne voire mieux que sur le site. L'appart a plus aussi bien a nos filles de 4 et 8 ans qu'a leurs mamies. Nous y retournons dans deux mois! Tout le processus (1er contact jusqu'au depart) s'est passe sans souci ni surprise. N'hesitez plus!
