Cozy and quiet apartment in Malaga city center with parking included.
Best location: in the city center with views to Mount Gibralfaro.
Quiet and safe area, easy transportation. It's in Victoria Street, near Plaza de la Merced and Alcazaba (5 min walking distance), 15 min to the beach. Just park your car and go everywhere on foot.

Welcome to Malaga!

Our place is comfortable and ready to make your stay in Malaga memorable. Rest and feel like at home after visiting this beautiful city:

- Comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and confy italian sofa bed (double size) in the living room, both with visco elastic pillows for your best rest.
- Marble floor to keep the apartment cool.

-> We are from Malaga, so we can give you many local recommendations!

There is washing machine, but not a drier. You can use it if needed, but your clothes will need at least one sunny day to dry. There is high-speed Internet, free and unlimited WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, HBO ...

Let us know if you are coming by car, we will show you where is the parking space. Please note that the car MAX HEIGHT is 1,80m.

Since we are from Malaga we know the city very well and we will be happy to show you on a map where to go and many local recommendations. We will be available if you need any help or advice during your stay.

It was a lovely retreat in the heart of the city, with sights within walking distance. Hosts were great in communication, and went the extra mile with info on sights, restaurants etc. The apartment was comfy and spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location in Malaga

From the time we met our Host: Juan was very responsive, explained about his unit, the perfect location; walking distance to restaurants, museums, art and the unit was stocked and well equipped with all necessary items for our 10 days.

The apartment is located on Calle Victoria, just a five-minute walk to the historic centre of Malaga. Juan welcomed us with a smile and made us feel very welcome and he gave us many helpful suggestions for our stay, including historic sites, restaurants, etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities and comforts of home, including high-speed WIFI, multi-channel TV, etc.. It is located to the rear of the building and very quiet at all times. Will definitely re-book next time we visit beautiful Malaga.

Wonderful stay in Malaga

My family and I had a great time at Juan’s property in Malaga. It had all the essential features to make it a comfortable base as we explored Malaga and the south of Spain. Juan made us feel welcome and provided us with recommendations to make our stay enjoyable. The property is very centrally located and is nice and quiet during the night.

Wonderful Location and Apartment

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped for a stay in Malaga. Very close to groceries, coffee, bars, and restaurants. It is a very short walk to old Malaga filled with shopping, restaurants, bars, and historical sites. Juan was a great host with suggestions on places to see, and where to go for drinks, meals and sights.

Absolutely wonderful

What a great location. Beautiful view from the apartment. Juan was a wonderful, communicative host. Very accessible to the city. The apartment was comfy, spacious and gave my wife and I an amazing stay. Can’t recommend this property enough. Looking forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay at the apartment! Juan met us at the parking garage and walked us over to the apartment (which has an elevator). The apartment was super clean and bright and was well equipped with everything we needed. Juan took time to give us some highlights about the city and pointers on what to see and great restaurant choices. The location is perfect! It is within easy walking distance of the historic district, museums, and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at Juan's apartment in Malaga!!

We could not have been more pleased

We just spent six lovely days and nights in Juan and Mar’s lovely flat which is perfectly located. It is in a quiet neighborhood, right next door to a fantastic bakery, but only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shopping and cultural sights. Outside your window is a hill, which has a great urban walk to the castle at the top. Great and easy communications with the host. We could not have been more pleased.

Great apartment close to the city centre

This apartment is close to a small pleasant square or plaza which has five cafe/restaurants which are all along one side and look across the square. Great for morning coffee and food and drink throughout the day. The apartment is in a busy street but at the rear away from the noise. We couldn't believe how quiet it was. Recommended

Lovely flat, great location

Juan met us at the car parking and walked us to the flat which is bright, modern and very well equipped, just like the photos. Juan gave us some great tips on places to visit, and local restaurants. A very enjoyable week, our first time in Malaga and hopefully not the last. Very convenient location for walking into town but also easy to access the main roads to visit other locations. We drove to Alhambra and Ronda. Both stunning and well worth a visit.

Quiet, Clean, Well Located, Good View

We loved our stay in Juan's apartment. It is within walking distance of all central-city Malaga attractions. It is on the top floor facing the back of the building, so it is insulated from street noise and has a beautiful view of Gibralfaro mountain. Juan met us when we checked in, gave us an overview of the area and attractions, and always responded to our messages within a half-day. Highly recommended!

Great location

The location of the property is fantastic. Quiet, about a 5 minute walk to the central district. The property had everything needed for the stay. There is a market up the street for supplies. Only negative is the bed is in fact a queen not a king, but given the size of the bedroom I don't think a king would fit. Don't let that deter you. This place is great & Juan is a wonderful host!

10 days in Malaga

This is a great apartment within walking distance of almost everything! We were here for 10 days and were able to walk for groceries and everything else we needed. Juan is a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. If we return to Malaga we would try to stay in this apartment.

Fantastic apartment in Malaga

The orientation/map provided in person by Juan was the best ever. Calle Victoria was busy and interesting with groceries nearby and Plaza Merced had some great restaurants just a few hundred meters away. The apartment was sparkling clean and the peaceful view over the Gibralfaro was lovely to come home to. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything needed is available and well maintained. The 2 of us felt safe during our one week visit to awesome Malaga, which offers a truly widespread range of different things one can do, contemplate , enjoy. Returning from activities we could relax and reload batteries in the astonishingly quite flat. Juan is a trustworthy host whose recommendations we followed . We were not disappointed a single time.

The place was very well taken care of, and we could not ask for more. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The entire apartment was clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. Various spices and oil for your cooking. The coffee machine and tea kettle were awesome. We used the washing machine a few times too. The bathroom was also well stocked with incidentals, shampoo and body soap. Everything we could possibly need was provided.

The listing accurately describes the property and all the reviews describe the attention to detail and warm hospitality guests will receive when staying here: Advanced communication regarding arrival time where guests are met at the secure apartment by the host, a tour of the apartment noting all amenities, a map of the city with local and popular sites circled accompanied by a list with more places, a contact number for emergencies and more than the basic supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout this comfortable unit. Truly white glove service and sincerity from Juan, the owner to ensure that every guest enjoys their visit.

Absolutely outstanding stay in Malaga in a beautiful apartment located right on the edge of all the action. Being right on the edge rather than right in the middle is actually better in my opinion when you see how busy Malaga can get! The apartment was perfect in every way. The perfect size for couples but we managed with our adult son on the fold out couch with no issues at all. Juan was incredibly responsive to communication and even met us in person to allow the garage access. Super nice bloke. He gave us a sheet with his personal recommendations for everything from eating to museums. Literally every thing you can think of is provided and provided well here. Short walks to everything. The old town, museums and beaches are all very easy walks and this is likely where you'll be spending the majority of your time. Super clean and comfortable, with a very nice view. When we come back, we'll be staying here!
