Well situated two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful roof terrace nestled right in the heart of Malaga, only steps away from the Cathedral



This unique property occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of a typical building of the historic centre and expands over a total of 92 square meters, 59 of which on the lower floor and 33 on the upper floor!



On the first floor, you will find the living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On your way to the second floor, you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub



On the second floor, relax in the master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with shower and another small room that will lead you to the roof terrace through an external staircase.

On the same floor, you will also find a third bedroom with bunkbeds for kids up to 10 years of age.



On the terrace, enjoy the fantastic views of the Cathedral while having dinner al fresco or lay out on the sunbeds



For your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned throughout and offers free Wi-Fi and smart TV.



We can offer a parking space for only 15ā‚¬ per day in a building nearby upon request.



Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Beautiful apartment right in the middle of the historic city. Gorgeous interior, stocked with everything, clean and very comfortable. The best is the huge private rooftop deck! Excellent place to stay!!!

great communication with office staff from the outset. Carlos met us at the apartment, showed us around, told us about house rules etc. apartment was fantastic, especially the roof terrace. Having a bathtub was great too. Fully equipped, couldnā€™t fault the apartment (except the 40 steps up to it), but thatā€™s a small point.

Clean, comfortable,well-equipped flat in a very convenient location. Many attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. Check in and out was simple and Solaga personnel were helpful and pleasant. The one minor downside was that the Siglo area is really busy with nightlife so it gets pretty noisy until the early hours of the morning. Itā€™s nothing that can be improved, itā€™s just a fact of life in that location.

The rooftop terrace is also a big plus! The communication with Solaga went very smoothly, they were quick to replace the cofffeemachine when the pot broke accidentally. The beds are really nice and so were the bathrooms. Great stay!

Great location in the centre of the old town. Lovely interior and fabulous roof-top terrace - a huge bonus in a hot and busy city. The service provided by Solaga was first class. Teresa and Albertino, who met us at the beginning and end of our stay, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting this property.

A fabulous, well equipped apartment right in the heart of Malaga!

Old Town. The beds are comfortable . The roof terrace is the best place to enjoy breakfast , to admire the cathedral and to soak up the rays of sunshine . Communication was good . Can recommend this beautiful place.

Stayed with friends for 4 days. Location was perfect. The apartment was well equipped with a fabulous roof terrace. Stairways rather steep - fine for us but could be an issue for other people.

Spotless, roomy air conditioned apartment. Fabulous roof terrace, in the heart of the old town.

Location was perfect. Very close to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Easy to walk every where. Taxi's at bottom of road to get you back to the airport. Perfect. We thought it was perfect but there are a few flights of stairs to walk up, as it is the top 2 floors of the building. Just a note for those less ablewith children.

A week in Malaga

We spent around 8 full days in Malaga and the apartment definitely served as well. We were pleasantly welcomed by Carlos who gave us all the info we needed for the apartment and the area. The apartment was clean, kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, and the terrace was exactly the oasis we knew we would need at the end of the day. Although it was not a major issue for us, the apartment being situated in the heart of the old city centre, it was quite loud at night. Right below are at least at 2 restaurants and if you know anything about the night life in Malaga, you know people have fun until 2-3 AM (weekend or no) so keep this in mind if you choose the apartment. We had a great time overall and would not change anything in retrospective. Hope other people will get to enjoy Malaga while staying in this lovely apartment! Thank you for having us. These elements did not in any way affect our trip but might be important for other people: - Because the temperatures were quite high outside, we slept with the A/C on and could have used something to cover ourselves during the night. Apart from some winter blankets that were available, some basic sheets would have been useful. - The terrace could have used some more cleaning, the table had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and we found some items from previous renters. - The shower in the bedroom was clogged and we had to clean that before using the shower.

The roof terrace was, of course, the best. There we could enjoy a glass of wine with our friends every evening and be right in the heart of the city.
