Professionally decorated new vacation rental a block away from the beach. Almost all furniture is new throughout (mixed in with a few real antiques I brought back from China and Thailand).

The 3 bedroom + loft Penthouse is on the top floor of a duplex and only a block from the beach. The unit is approximately 2,700 sq feet plus a 750 square foot private roofdeck patio. The large loft overlooking the living room and unto the roofdeck is set up as a bedroom and has its own bathroom, walk in closet and a desk.

You'll love this Penthouse unit in Marina del Rey, 1 block to the pristine beaches of the Marina and the fun and famous beaches of Venice and Santa Monica. The rentals location is incredible! Located on a quiet street in Marina del Rey, you're just 1 block from the beach, and only a couple blocks from all the shopping, nightlife, and restaurants that the Marina, Venice, and Santa Monica areas have to offer!

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a king pillow top bed, a private balcony, TV and walk in closet. The Master bath features a shower and a separate soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen size beds (one memory foam and one pillow top) and share a full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is a large loft bedroom with a queen size bed. The loft also has its own bathroom, walk in closet and the entrance to the roofdeck patio.

The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper.

The 750 sq ft rooftop deck has a barbecue for grilling up delicious meals and enjoying the Southern California sunshine! There is also a 2 person hammock, outdoor dining seating for 8 with sun umbrella and lounge chairs. Sun bathers can enjoy the privacy the deck provides.

Guest have exclusive access to the 3 bedroom+ loft, 3 bath unit, the rooftop patio, and a private tandem 2 car garage. Additional street parking is available and is usually easy to find except during summer weekends.

The unit is in close proximity of LAX, 5.9 miles, about 12 minutes with no traffic.

Note: When booking, please keep in mind, you're renting a space in a neighborhood where other people live. We know you're here to have fun, but we don't allow parties or rent to people who are going to make lots of noise late at night and upset our neighbors. Noise complaints can result in lost deposits.

You're just 1 block from the Marina del Rey beach, and in this part of town, it's practically a private beach! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. If you're looking for something a little more lively, you're less than a half a mile to Washington, where all the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Venice begins! You can easily walk or ride a bike (several bike rentals close by) to the beach, and explore the Venice shops, Muscle Beach, Abbot Kinney, Main St, bars and restaurants, and the Santa Monica 3rd St Promenade. Santa Monica and Venice have some of LA's best shopping, dining, and nightlife - and it's all just outside your door!

Just about everything you need is within walking distance. You can easily catch a bus to anywhere in LA on Main St, and it's very easy to get a taxi.

PLEASE NOTE: Bath towels, bed linens, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner and body wash ARE provided. Beach towels ARE NOT provided. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher on site. There is parking for 2 cars (tandem) in the garage.

The check in time is 4pm. On rare occasion housekeeping or maintenance issue might prevent us to prepare the unit by 4pm we reserve the right to move the check in time to 6pm .

You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $107.00

We charge $79 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $2,000. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $2,000 you will be responsible.

We reserve the right to cancel your an instant booking reservation within 24hrs of the booking if your dates leave between 1 and 3 nights open from an existing reservation. This is rarely done and we will normally notify you within a few hours. Contact us for exceptions.

We accept instant book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only.

We offer month-to-month leases $8900/ per month. 1 month minimum stay
Long-term lease is also available.

Long Term Leases will require a separate lease agreement to be executed. Security deposit required.
