With new luxury vinyl flooring guests fall in love with its beautiful furniture, fully stocked kitchen, walk -in closet, and a private balcony with glass for breathtaking ocean views. With a sleeper sofa in the separate living room and available air mattresses, it can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Walking distance to Carlsbad Village that is full of restaurants, entertainment and shopping! Close to Legoland, the train station, Flower Fields, Encinitas and much more! It's a perfect place to call home while you explore Southern California or simply relax on the beach...

PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator to access the beach. Stairs are required for beach access.

Perfect location, perfect beach!

We love this place, this was our second stay and is now going to be a family tradition. The condo is very, very nice... it's everything that it is advertised to be. The staff is friendly and so helpful!

Beautiful place

This place was in a great location, super clean, and comfortable. I just wish there were not as many stairs. It would be hard for anyone with knee and hip trouble to get to the beach. We did enjoy our stay tremendously!

Fantastic location and great accommodation

This apartment and location are fantastic. Right on the beach, very clean and spacious, accommodating 8 people. I’d recommend 6 people for comfort but it worked out fine. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful for anything we needed. Great private beach access. Best of all, the location is in the heart of Carlsbad with great restaurants and night life. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Love this property

We stayed in a 2 bedroom in October that we loved, but the 3 bedroom took the cake. Spacious kitchen and room for everyone to spread out. Best location! Love sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean!

Perfect location, gorgeous views

Stayed 4 nights at this condo, location cannot be beat! An easy walk to shopping and restaurants and easy to rent a bike or hop in the car to explore further out. Condo was well appointed with all we needed for basic meals/snacks. Communication with the property manager was perfect as well. Adrian went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Would 100% rent this place again.

We really enjoyed our waterfront condo. Very clean, newly remodeled. Ed was great! Could have had some cleaning items available. We were there 9 days. Perhaps some detailed info would be good. Overall fun times!

Perfect location

Our family stayed there and we had the best time ever. There was 5 adults and 1 baby. There was plenty of space for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms and being walking distance to Carlsbad Village is the reason I chose this place. The view alone will relax you. The sound of the ocean waves at night had me sleeping like a baby. Great staff also. We are going back next year and plan on making it a tradition.

Fantastic location and view!

It was our first and only vacation during the pandemic with a baby and two dogs. This place made it all easy and felt very safe staying here. The view is just simply fantastic and the unit is large enough to enjoy the stay (we were three adults and a baby but I think a larger group of six or so people should be able to enjoy the unit without feeling too crammed. The master bathroom counter is too high but I just used shower to wash up. Beds and linens as well as towels were all comfy. The building is quiet and well managed. Linda was very friendly and available. Already recommended this place to my friends!

Fantastic location and place to stay!

The unit and building are kept in great shape and very clean. View from the unit is spectacular, with the beach and water right in front of you. Easy access to the beach and building provides beach equipment like chairs and umbrellas. Management is very responsive and helped with anything we needed with the quickness. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place with an ocean view and steps away from the beach.

PHENOMENAL!!

We booked a last minute weekend get away for my 40th birthday and of all the properties we looked at this was our favorite..Greg answered all my questions before our Stay and during our stay, gave us his number in case anything came up.when the TV went out in the master bedroom we thought we would just get an apology ..nope..Greg came over with a brand new out of the box TV. The condo itself was amazing, super clean and amazing views of the ocean. The pictures don't do it justice. We were so relaxed and loved our stay that we extended an extra day which was super easy to do. Thank you Greg for your hospitality and making my birthday stay one for the books. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay right on the beach. Walkable to everything in downtown Carlsbad. 2 master suites make it great for couples. and a 3rd room that's still very big. one flight of stairs to beach access. loved it.

Spacious beachfront property with a great beach

The views from the living room and one master bedroom are amazing. The beach is clean and long. There are umbrellas, chairs and toys available as well as a gas barbeque in the common area. Ed, the property manager, is onsite every day from 10am to 4pm.He is very kind and helpful. We parked on the street. If you want to park on the premises. you need to discuss availability in advance and pay an additional fee.

Reservation for a parking space is required!

We got off to a bad start when we were told there was no space available for us to park in the garage. In the description, there was no mention of needing to reserve a space in advance. If you plan on grocery shopping, visiting local attractions or going on a scenic drive, you will need a parking space. That put a HUGE crimp on our comings and goings. They were very apologetic and recompensed us for that inconvenience. Everything else was very convenient. The balconies seem to put you right on the beach! You can enjoy the ocean, sun and breeze without getting sand in your toes. Beach access is one private flight of stairs, there's a small park across the street for the dog, and it's walking distance to Carlsbad Village (but not walking distance to a grocery store). The unit has a good layout and was clean. But the back bedrooms were too warm and stuffy. There is no air conditioning and no screens on the windows. They do provide floor fans which provide a little relief. The sink in the master bathroom is a slow draining pain in the drain. Kitchen is well equipped except for grilling utensils. The grill is communal and so are the grilling utensils. You will need to clean the grill and utensils before each use because they are usually dirty from previous user. They had a pod type coffee maker of which we don't like. I mentioned it to the handyman and within an hour he brought up a brand new "Mr. Coffee". Very nice man and I feel awful that I can't remember his name. Clean towels and linen are amply provided along with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and soaps. You can take your soiled towels and linens to their laundry room and pick up fresh supplies which I found extremely convenient. Ed is very kind, welcoming and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable.

Would recommend and stay again

The condo was very nice and the view was fantastic. We would recommend this unit. Only a couple of items that should be addressed: There are sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom, but neither one has a lock so you are taking a risk even though you are on the second floor. The sink in the master bedroom is virtually unusable as it won't drain the water. Guests should also be aware that there is no elevator so if someone has a problem with stairs, this is not a unit for them. Otherwise, this unit is very comfortable and easily handles six guests. Thanks.

Great condo

We loved staying here. Christine was very kind and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. (Campfire was a fun place to eat and right in the village so we were able to walk.) We loved being right on the beach and will now have it no other way when we come back. We walked almost everywhere and the village was only about a two minute or less walk away. The condo was clean and well kept and very comfortable for our family of four. We loved sitting on the balconies to eat our breakfast and even watch the dolphins play in the surf. There were always plenty of boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas for us to use when we went swimming. We love the charm of Carlsbad and would definitely recommend staying at this condo. It was such a fun, relaxing vacation!

Affordable, beachfront access

Awesome!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Seashore on The Sand. It was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved being able to walk out of the condo complex directly onto the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing. The condo is very convenient and we were able to walk to downtown restaurants, a pedicure place, Starbucks, etc. I definitely recommend Seashore on the Sand!

Wonderful! Dolphin watching from the balcony mornings, beach in the afternoon and walk to dinner.

The 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Great experience start to finish!

We loved staying at this 2nd floor condo. Down one flight of stairs and you're right on the beach. Sand toys next to the house available for use. Very clean. We purchased evtg we needed to cook meals in. Curtis is wonderful and easy to work with!

Unbelievable Beach Retreat

My wife and I booked a beachfront studio for a relaxing weekend getaway. After a grueling eight hour drive from Las Vegas, due to wrecks and construction, we were greeted by Kurt, the property owner. He was an awesomely cool, laid back, surfer who immediately made us feel welcome. A couple of questions later, about us and our plans while staying, he showed us this awesome suite and offered to upgrade us since it was open that weekend! Wow and thank you so much is all we could say! We never drove anywhere! The couple times we actually went out were soooo easy! Anything you want is walking distance away! The accomodations made us not want to leave! Awesome balconies out living room and master bedroom, huge bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, large open modern kitchen, comfy living room with fireplace and dining table. Romantic views, walks on the beach, everything was awesome! We will definitely be back, upgrade or not, Kurt is an awesome host with an amazing property!
