Fabulosa Família Georgiana Townhouse

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home.

Please note: 5 night minimum stay during August, half-term and New Year.

Our townhouse has 6 bedrooms and bathrooms:

Large bathroom with bath, toilet, basin and walk-in shower

Attic bedroom 6:
Double bed (this bedroom is smaller with sloping ceiling)
Separate but private bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.

Guests will have the freedom to use the whole house.

Our Townhouse is located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. Everything is walking distance and we have great transit links being a two minute walk from Princes Street (where almost all the city's buses stop).

Please note the property is up three flights of stairs, so is not wheelchair accessible.

We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year and during the festival in August.

Dogs are welcome by prior agreement. There is a charge of £10/night per dog, payable on arrival.

Beautiful space, unforgettable memories

We had the most wonderful stay here while visiting Edinburgh for our daughter’s wedding. She lives locally, and our family traveled in from abroad to celebrate, so having such a beautiful, comfortable space to gather together meant everything to us. The home is absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax, spend time as a family, and make special memories during such an important occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city

The property owner was very gracious. We could tell that she had actually lived in the apartment; it was delightfully furnished. She went above and beyond for us, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in, providing fruit and other light food items, and more. The bedding was top-quality. Everything was very clean. There were six women ranging from 27 to 66 (all family) on a "girl's trip". We LOVED staying here!

I cannot accurately put into words how amazing the entire experience was in Edinburgh. This property was divine and more than worth the price. The views and accessibility to every area that we wanted to explore made it an unforgettable trip!!!

Great apartment in a fabulous location

This was our third stay at this apartment and we think it’s wonderful. The location is brilliant, on the doorstep of Edinburgh’s best cultural heritage and shopping. There are some great independent restaurants locally too and you’ll find some gems just by wandering around the lovely streets of New Town. The apartment itself reflects an elegant Georgian past and the interiors are sympathetic to the period. It’s extremely comfortable and the owners are excellent hosts.

Excellent Stay in Edinburgh!

We had another fantastic stay in Edinburgh! This is our second time staying there and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Edinburgh! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the beautiful space and working with Agnes and Fredericka is wonderful. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Townhouse!

This townhouse is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well equipped! It is also located in a prime location, in walking diatance of Edinburgh's many sites and attractions. There were 12 adults staying, and the house had plenty of room and six beautiful bedrooms! Highly recommend!

Amazing Second Stay in Edinburgh

This is our second time staying at this property and this time we had more people with us. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is so comfortable and perfect. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Edinburgh. Agnes and Frederika are an absolute pleasure to work with and we’re looking forward to our next trip back!

Perfect property with wonderful amenities!

This was a wonderful property for our home base in Edinburgh for our daughter's wedding. It provided all of the comforts of home and allowed us a relaxing place to prepare for the big day. The home is spotlessly clean, well maintained and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the stay.

Amazing

If you are thinking of a family holiday, look no further than this extraordinary property. Our family of 9 including a 15 year old had the best time; being able to sit around in the morning or after our day sharing our experiences was priceless. The 15 year old had private loft space which he thoroughly enjoyed. My only advice is that there are 51 steps to get into the apartment so if you have heavy luggage it could be problematic. I would come back tomorrow.

Hidden gem in the heart of Edinburgh

Wow, what a beautiful townhouse right in the heart of Edinburgh and within walking distance of Princes Street, Rose Street and George Street. An amazing, beautifully kept, cosy "home away from home" offering 6 stunning bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and an excellent choice if travelling in a group or large family. Let us know on arrival that oven didn't work and would be replaced. Due to inability of workers related to oven, was not replaced until after we left. They did provide us with a toaster oven.

Fantastic flat, beautifully decorated in a perfect location. Pictures don’t do it justice. Communication was outstanding and the flat was well appointed and incredibly welcoming. We hope to be back!!!
