The house is located in Abades, a small town on the south coast of sunny Tenerife. Here there are no tall buildings, no noisy nightclubs, busy streets or street vendors. It is a very quiet place, ideal for holidays: beach, sun and relaxing area. It also provides the opportunity to visit the rest of the island easily.

The whole house has been recently renovated in the summer of 2017. The house is a 10 minute walk from a large sandy beach, beautiful and ideal for children. Nearby are bars and cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and diving school. There are many nice trails in the area and you can walk from beach to beach, and here they are never crowded! Within a 25 minutes by-car, there are several golf courses.

The house has two floors: the first floor consists of living / dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom / WC with shower.
The second floor consists of 1 bedroom and bathroom and toilet with shower and bathtub.

It has microwave, big fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, DVD, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, bed linen and towels.

In the garden there is plenty of space if you want sun or shade, there is a dining area with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and outdoor shower. There is free parking on the street.

The house is approved by the Spanish authorities for short-term rental to tourists, it means greater security for you as renter!
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, as well as pets.

Schönes, sauberes Haus und perfekt ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht findet man hier. Check In und Out ging reibungslos, genauso wie die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Waren sehr zufrieden

Dream house

We loved being in this very spacious, airy house. Having two bathrooms was a real luxury, particularly having a bath which was most soothing after one of our long walks. We also loved the enclosed garden at the side of the house. The location was perfect as it was close to a lovely, sandy beach and close to a very good shop. We also loved that it wasn't a busy and noisy resort. Lots of Spanish people as well as tourists. We'd love to come back and stay here again.

Well equipped property in a great location

It was such a pleasure to stay in this well equipped house! There were plenty of cooking pans and utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven. It was also nice to have the basics of ingredients, oils, herbs and spices etc. which were maybe provided, or left by previous guests, as we did ourselves. Everything was clean, the beds and sofa comfortable, with plenty of bedding and towels. We appreciated the large screen TV, dishwasher and washing machine - truly home-from-home. Being at the top end of the village, it was a 10-minute walk down to the sea, but meant that we had an uninterupted view to the mountains inland. We were also closer to the bus stop on the motorway and noticed plenty of buses passing-by. We hired a car and had no trouble parking outside the house or, in January, down near the beach. Abades has a number of cafes and restaurants together with small well-stocked supermarkets. Don't be surprised if we return for another holiday!

Herrlicher Weihnachtsurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen, gut ausgestattetem Haus. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Abades ist ein ruhiger Ferienort mit direkter Anbindung an die Autobahn, schönem nicht überfülltem Strand und immer freien Parkplätzen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Lovely outside space

Lovely front and side patios with Palms and Bougainvilleas for relaxing dining. Easy parking opposite the house. Very handy for the motorway. Excellent little supermarket just five minutes walk away.

Tolle Zeit in Abades

Wir haben die woche in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, alles war vorhanden. Da wir zu einer Hochzeit auf Teneriffa eingeladen waren und ich dafür noch Desserts zubereiten wollte, hat mir der Gastgeber sogar noch ein Handrührgerät besorgt. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte mit zwei schönen Terrassen, eine zur Straße hin und eine seitlich vom Haus, begrünt und mit Sichtschutz. Jedes Geschoss hat ein Bad mit WC, ein Doppel- und ein Einzelzimmer. Die Doppelbetten sind sehr bequem, allerdings zu zweit etwas beengt. Parken in Abades ist überall kein Problem. Zum Strand mit diversen Restaurants und 2 Supermercados sind es ca. 600 m bergab, zur Bushaltestelle an der Autobahn TF-1 ca. 900 m bergauf. Die Wohnung hat das schnellste Internet, das wir jemals im Urlaub erlebt haben. Sehr viele Handtücher, gut ausgestattete Küche. Im Juni 2023 ist eine große Baustelle ca. 1 Block entfernt. Das Haus liegt in der Mitte von 3 Straßen in Form eines "A", wobei die Straßen vor dem Haus und links wenig befahren sind, auf der Straße rechts morgens und abends über 100 Fahrzeuge pro Stunde - der Strand in Abades scheint sehr beliebt zu sein, aber wir konnten trotzdem unser tägliches Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teide (sofern wolkenfrei) genießen. Man kann vom Haus aus wandern. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch der nie benutzten Lepra Kolonie sowie Wanderungen in beiden Richtungen die Küste entlang.

Es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Keine versteckten Mängel. Kaffeemaschine ging nicht , innerhalb von 1Stunde hat Pedro uns eine neue gebracht. Da kann man nicht meckern. Als Ansprechpartner war er immer bereit zu helfen. Kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Für Familien zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit 5 Personen angereist. Check-in war vom Vermieter organisiert. War unkompliziert und konnten bei Anreise sofort ins Haus. Vermieter vor Ort nie gesehen. Es wurde nur per Mail kommuniziert. Corona Konform alles OK! Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Alles zweckmässig ausgestattet. Es hat alles was es braucht. WC Papier, Küchenrolle usw. war vor Ort. Das beste ist jedoch die Aussendusche... toll 😎 Als Famile auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen. ✔

Wir werden wieder dorthin gehen

Wunderbare Unterkunft, viel Platz. Parken vorm Haus, zu Fuss zum Meer völlig problemlos, aber auch am Meer genügend Parkplätze. Kleiner Supermarkt am Ort, grössere ganz in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter, gleichzeitg überhaupt nicht aufdringlich.

Fully equiped home with beautiful garden

We want to thank Pedro for a wonderful week in his hous in Abades. Everything you need is available in the house. Garden and terraces are lovely. Abades is q small village with a beautiful beach ad e few good restaurants.

Perfekt!

Die Buchung und Kommunikation im Vorfeld verliefen reibungslos. Wir wurden dann sehr herzlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und hat eine angenehme Größe. Gerade die zwei Badezimmer und zwei Ebenen machen das Haus für alle möglichen Konstellationen zum perfekten Feriendomizil. Endlich mal eine gut ausgestattete Küche, die alles bietet was man braucht (inkl. superschnellem Induktionsherd). Das Haus liegt nahe an der Autobahn TF1, was super ist (trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, man hört die Autobahn überhaupt nicht). Wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte muss man, egal wohin, eigentlich immer auf die TF1. Wer es einmal anders erlebt hat (mit 20-minütigem Serpentinen-Gegurke bis zur Autobahnauffahrt), der weiß das sehr zu schätzen. Der Ort selbst bietet zwei Supermärkte, die einen mit dem alltäglichen Bedarf ausstatten, sowie einige kleine Restaurants. Auch ein Strand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn man mal nirgendwo hin möchte lädt der schön gestaltete Außenbereich zum ausgiebigen Verweilen ein. Hier hat man nahezu den ganzen Tag Sonne, aber auch einen großen Schirm und somit bei Bedarf genug Schattenplätze. Auch ist der gesamte Bereich gut vor der Einsicht von außen geschützt. Für Winterurlauber sei noch anzumerken, dass das Haus südöstlich und nah an der Küste gelegen ist, somit ist es dort einige Grad wärmer als im Norden oder näher am Inneren der Insel. Das ist besonders, wenn man zum Beispiel Abends noch draußen essen möchte ein entscheidender Vorteil. Alles in allem war das Haus für uns wirklich perfekt und wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub in Abades

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet alles da was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand auch die Betten sind ok. Da man ohnehin viel Zeit draussen verbringen kann ist die kleine Terasse sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Encore mieux que sur les photos, Très bien agencée, la cuisine est bien équipée. Deux terrasses qui permettent de profiter de l’extérieur dans les meilleurs condition.

An lovely house in a nice quiet village

The house is perfect. Exceptionally clean . So much room . We didn’t use the upstairs as there was no need to. The garden was perfect for sitting in to enjoy breakfast in the morning . The terrace at the front just as enjoyable to sit in late afternoon. The local supermarket stocked everything you could need . The fresh bread, of all varieties was very yummy . The restaurants that we visited on the front were all very nice and the staff very friendly. We had two long walks over to the unfinished and deserted leper’s colony . We hired a car for the duration of our holiday and visited lots of lovely places A drive up the hills towards mount Teide was pretty spectacular. The scenery was stunning . A good hours journey but worth it. Abedes is a nice quiet village . We wanted to visit different places and as such a car is a necessity. Overall we would most definitely recommend this house and at some point hope to return .

Ruim, schoon met een heerlijk terras

Het verblijf bevindt zich aan de rand van Abades. In 10 minuten loop je heuvelaf naar de oceaan met strandje. Hier bevinden zich ook 2 duikscholen, wat restaurants en 2 kleine supermarkten. We verbleven met 4 personen in het huis en hadden dus alle ruimte. We hebben genoten van het terras.
