During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.

The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location
with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of.
Less than 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

This large West Plaza home is a perfect getaway for families or groups traveling together. The home features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and spacious shared areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living roomā€”ideal for gathering and relaxing.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Roku, allowing guests to stream their favorite shows during their stay.

Parking is available in the driveway for 2ā€“3 cars, depending on vehicle size.

Please note. The fireplace is not usable by guests.

Pets arewelcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.

Clean house in nice neighborhood

We were in town visiting our in-laws and this was the perfect place for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we could need, and it was in a great area right near the Plaza.

Pros: location, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good water pressure for showers, nice seating in dining and living room, good communication and easy check in and check out. Enjoyed the fire pit and provided logs. Cons: stained bath towels and bedsheet on one of the beds had stains all over. Maintenance issues: Bathroom sink becoming disconnected from sink top, kitchen counter top had a couple of long cracks in the laminate, outdoor furniture was ripping and could use a power wash. Screen ripping on door to screened in porch, glass exterior door coming of the hinge, powder room toilet wobbly. All of these things are minor but when added up and for the amount in rental rate and desire for a 5 star reviewā€¦just had to go with an overall 3 star review.
Stained bedsheet. Owner agreed this was unacceptable offered to provide new sheet.

Wonderful KC home!

I have now stayed at Lance's home for about 3 years coming home to see my family in the KC area and have nothing but the best to say about him and his beautiful home!! It is now "my go to" home every time I come to visit! I have looked at a LOT of listings and his wins hands down. Thank so much Lance! See you next year!!

Amazing home!

This was the most well appointed home for a short term rental that we have ever stayed in. It was in an amazing location, afforded everyone space, and allowed us to spend a wonderful five days during the holiday season with our KC family. The owner has thought of everything from bathroom toiletries. You may have forgotten, earplugs if you need them to sleep, and icemaker when the refrigerator icemaker was broken, and outlets to charge your devices. We didnā€™t use the outside space because it was winter in Kansas City. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Pretty home that's convenient to everything

We really enjoyed staying in this home and will likely do so again the next time we come to KC. It is well maintained and the manager is super responsive with texts of information on how to use the property (access codes and WIFI passwords) He also provided us with a link to a website of what to do in KC. The property is centrally located in a really nice residential neighborhood. We were able to quickly get to the Plaza and Arrowhead and KCI are within reasonable driving distances.

This property was in a nice neighborhood. The house was a quaint older house. There were some issues that needed to be addressed. We contacted Lance with Karat Vacation Rental Management. He was very considerate and kind. All issues were addressed, but not feasible to take care of them while we were still renting as we were leaving the day after we talked to him. An agreement was reached that he would refund an amount of our rent that we agreed was fair. We left Kansas City with a very good feeling about Karat Vacation Rental Management!

Great neighborhood location

The pros: Great neighborhood location, close to country club plaza, restaurants, shopping etc..cozy home nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay here despite the following.. The cons: Could use upgrade on all linens and towels- really thin small, worn Kitchen needs a few more things to enhance the stay Tv systems outdated, complicated House is more worn than than the photos * Check/ double check your reservation w host..on our last day we were called/ texted at 1030 am that there had been a mix up and a new reservation was scheduled to start. We were told that we needed to check out..(We did extend our stay by one day due to airline challenges early on, paid for and was approved for extension). We were offered the refund and a stay in another of their properties.. we chose to stay in a hotel for our final night.( we paid for) Asked why the other reservation was not placed elsewhere since we were already in the home and was told ā€œ they had their reservation for monthsā€. Although the host was apologetic, really didnā€™t think this was acceptable.

Nice House, but needs cleaning and maintenance

Pros: House was nicely decorated, walking distance to the Plaza area, and has a nice master suite and outdoor patio. The master bed was comfortable. Cons: I took off star ratings because the home needs deep cleaning and detailed maintenance. One bed looked like it had been slept in (cover was pulled up, but the pillows and sheets were rumpled underneath). The kitchen and half-bath had no towels, there was trash left in the kitchen and bath trash cans, floors were not well vacuumed, and there were crumbs on the dining table. Kitchen was sparsely supplied, drawers needed cleaning on the inside, and some lights were burned out. We ran out of tissue and body soap in a bathroom and couldn't find any back-up supplies. My main concern are the wonky steps from the parking pad a few feet down to the back yard and door entry. They are hard to navigate and downright dangerous, especially when you're carrying luggage. I have notified the property manager that they need to be replaced with a staircase.

Great Location

We enjoyed are quick weekend stay at this property. The property manager was very helpful with request and easy to communicate with. The location was very central to the popular Plaza area.

Wedding weekend

Location of this house is perfect! It's near everything. Grocery store , liquor store šŸ¤Ŗ and so much more. Our family (6) all have plenty of room to move around without stepping on each other.

Great house and location

The house was perfect for our girls getaway. It was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Walking distance to Plaza. Hi Hat coffee just a couple blocks away. Would definitely stay here again!

Dirty filthy no owner contact

Smelled like cat pee and a dead animal in the walls. Dirt hair over the floors. Spills on counters. Thick coating of dirt and dust on everything. Door knobs all sticky. Disgusting would never recommend. I contacted the owner four times and never heard back. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have pictures the owner did not respond to view them. Will post online. DO NOT STAY. A
