Independent villa with large garden located in the center of Greve in Chianti, just 100 meters from the main square of the town and a few steps from the bus stop that allows you to quickly and easily reach the city of Florence. The house has 4 large bedrooms (3 double bedrooms + one triple bedroom), 2 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories and utensils (including microwave and dishwasher), a living room with large-screen smart TV. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are present in all bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi active throughout the house.
For those who choose a holiday during the colder season, the house is equipped with a heating system and the living room has a warm fireplace.
A large garden with pergola and barbecue extends to the back of the accommodation, in a quiet and private position. In the warmer months a relaxation area is set up with sofas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Starting from Greve you will have no difficulty in discovering the thousand enchanted corners, the views, the panoramas, the cellars, the castles and the suggestive medieval villages of Chianti, first of all the very close Castello di Montefioralle which is only about 2 km from the accommodation and can be reached with a pleasant walk. Florence is about 30 km away and can be easily reached by bus; the bus stop is right in front of the house.
