Large stone fireplace dominates social areas and completely new kitchen makes socializing a pleasure. Bathroom showers have been updated, new carpet and fresh painting makes spaces bright, enjoyable and appealing.

Large fenced back yard and comfortable shaded patio set-up with barbecue for your grilling needs. Area close to the house has artificial lawn, thus always green. The house is an area that is suburban and you will see cows and horses in neighboring properties.

There are great restaurants in the vicinity in Old Town Cottonwood, as well as art galleries, cafes, bars and wine tasting rooms. This is wine country in Arizona, so its a perfect location if you are interested in discovering some of the great wines that this land is producing. The red rocks of Sedona are very close and its hiking trails, at only 20 minutes distance. You have the benefit of being in Sedona, but at the same time being in a quiet outside of town place.
