Last minute cancellation makes this unit hosted by Coastal Properties in Orange Beach, Al available January and February 2026. s You will enjoy this 4th floor cozy, beachy condo. There are tile floors throughout the unit. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room, which provides an amazing view. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Great little place for a short getaway

Although a little outdated, it was perfect for our quick getaway! The sofa in the living room could have been more comfortable but we didn’t use it much!

Great location. Condo was spotless. Close to restaurants and grocery right across the street. Only con is there was tons of kids who stayed at the pool until closing time and they were incredibly loud. Very comfy mattress also.

Very nice. Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico

Very nice. Fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. On site help if you needed it. We were there at historic moment a blizzard with almost 7 inches of snow. This was a lovely place to stay nice and cozy. I don’t imagine that happens very often on the Gulf.

Great place!

My husband and I had a great time! The place was a bit outdated but we didn’t care. The view was beautiful and being such a small building there was never a wait for the elevator or a lot of people in the pool. I highly recommend if you’re not super particular.

Relaxing

We were able to check in an hour earlier. Condo is a little outdated with the decor, couch not very comfortable, but whi wants to stay in doors with the ocean steps away. Only complaint No Blow drier. I wish I had known to bring one, other than that I would rent again!

This individual condo is showing some wear and tear. The living room furniture is not comfortable. The TV and internet cords were not pugged in so that took some phone calls to sort. It would be nice to have a table on the balcony. We would have eaten meals out there but there was no where to put a plate or cup.

Needed extra items

It would have been nice to have had at least one box of Kleenex and an extra trash bag for each trash can in the unit. Otherwise, it was great!

Travel friendly

Would have been nice to have hairdryer, and more than 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom . More garbarge bags or Tupperware would have been nice! Pool guy works really hard and did a great job keeping pool exceptionally clean, hope you taking good care of him! Security guy was like a natzi, had water in a Stanley cup and told not allowed by pools edge! I did not see that rule listed and should be!

Terrible - dirty

The floor was nasty. Paid a cleaning fee but it was unacceptable. Apparently not cleaned prior to our check in. The owner needs to be aware of the condition of unit

Orange Beach

The property is in a great location and on the beach. Pictures were a little deceiving as it was much smaller than it appeared and could have been cleaner upon check in. We did not spend a ton of time in the condo but the size would have made it tough to spend time together as a family in the condo watching VHS tapes in the provided VCR (travel back in time and bring your own VHS tapes because they were not provided in the condo). I spent early mornings on the patio by myself listening to the water which was lovely. That said, there was too much furniture on the patio…chairs were stacked and there wouldn’t have been room for them if they hadn’t been. The patio table had the bottom of a plant pot screwed to it, so not sure what that was for. It would be a great space for 2 people (not 4) if you don’t care about the frills. Location was key!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we almost left and stayed elsewhere...I took photos of pictures with glass broken, two places of plaster needed repaired, a bare light bulb above bed (no globe), needs a good coat of paint everywhere..living room has two completely different colors, and exposed wires from TV, dishes were not clean. Decorating looked like they need to trash and start over with new items rather than goodwill/garage sale items.. I messaged on arrival with NO RESPONSE...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building property needs updating. Elevators did not function properly-guests were stuck and they weren’t running several days. Fire dept came to rescue passengers. There is no restroom on the ground level by the pool - extremely inconvenient. Condo kitchen needed new supplies - sparse utensils and bakeware. Cookware was stained.
