Escape to paradise at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 3805, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offering 720 sq. ft. of bright coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. Perfect for couples or small families, this Orange Beach retreat provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway.

Step inside to find a beautifully decorated space filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the private balcony, where you can soak in the sun and gentle Gulf breezes. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or quick snacks when you're not out exploring local restaurants.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, sauna, steam room, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. The complex consists of five buildings, with the first digit of each room number matching its building number for easy navigation.

Whether you're looking to relax, play, or explore the coast, Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 3805 is the perfect home base for your Orange Beach getaway!

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. Check in process was smooth and easy. Condo did not look exactly like the photos, there is noticeable wear and tear on furniture items that is not displayed in the photos of the property; that might ought to be updated. Overall was a comfortable stay.

It was a really nice stay and right on the beach. It was a little to crowded for our liking but that can't be helped and is in no way a bad reflection on our room. The only complaint I have was the bed,my husband slept really good however by night 3 I did decide to sleep on the couch. It's just a personal thing for me I have fibromyalgia so finding a bed that's comfortable is really difficult other than that the condo was lovely for two people and we had a good vacation. Thank you guys so much it was really needed

My niece and I stayed here for the duration of the Sand in my Boots festival 2025 and were very happy with our stay! Check in was easy, the room was clean and exactly as pictured, the location was perfect, and property amenities were great!

We did a girls trip and selected your location. It was clean and wonderful access to the beach. Loved the balcony in the morning for coffee. Pool was nice. Will be back!!!

Pure bliss

This room was perfect for my husband 1 yr old and I. The kitchen is decently stocked and the room is pretty spacious. We loved being right on the beach with a pool to cool off. The views are amazing from the 8th floor and the property is well maintained.

Seaside Beach & Racquetball stay

Great location on the beach. Comfortably furnished. A couple minor items needed attention and management company was responsive. Internet security was poor. Overall, we were very happy with the facility and the convenient access to the beach.

A Small Slice of Paradise

The grounds were pretty and well-taken care of. The condo was small but totally adequate for my sister and I. Everything was perfect as far as the view, the balcony, the kitchen was well-stocked. The condo was nicely decorated and we felt we were staying in a small, luxury condo. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was tiny but adequate and the shower was lovely. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation! Oh, and the walk to the beach was one of the shorter ones and we enjoyed the pool as well.
