The adjoining great room contains more seating and dining table with views to the pool, lagoon and golf course. The fully equipped kitchen contains all new appliances, quartz countertops and a 2nd dining table. The large, private back yard features a curved pool with a spill-over jetted spa. The outdoor area includes a dining table, gas grill and screened porch. An over-sized driveway contains a basketball goal and parking for numerous cars.
