A Great Time

We had great time. House was great. Very clean and well stocked. Price of rental was our main reason for renting. I understand the owner not wanting elevator to be used but sure would have been nice for groceries and luggage for older folks

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for my family of ten. Plenty of space to sleep and relax during the day and not be on top of each other. We loved how big the kitchen was to cook and everything you would need to prepare dinners was available to use. The extra master suite with its own Kitchenette was perfect for my cousins with kids to have a space all to their own. The pool and view was just what we were looking for and lots of toys/floats to use.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home making great memories with our kids and grandkids. This was our second trip to Palmetto Dunes, first in this house, and it is a place we would love to return to.

The house was spacious and very nice it appeared the same as in the photos. One of the most important things for myself was cleanliness and it met my standards.The host was right on top of getting back to us rather quickly every time we had any questions about things. The neighborhood was beautiful, we took advantage of renting bikes at the bike shop for easier access to check out the rest of the neighborhood and get up to the beach. It was an extremely hot week and the air conditioning kept up and the house was very cool the whole time. The views from the house with the golf course and landscape were great as well. The family had a great vacation and recommend to anybody.

Enjoyed our weekend at the house! Had everything you needed for a nice stay. We did have some slight annoyances with the "hottub" being an additional 85.00 for use for only 2 hours of use each day.. and the AC resetting back to 76 in the middle of the night so you wake up sweating! But other than that it was a good stay. Hosts were extremely responsive which was great amd also the location is fantastic as well. Neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous!

Great house

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Kitchen was well equipped, rooms spacious and comfortable, easy bike ride to the beach, great garage space for bikes and several beach toys and chairs available. Would definitely stay again!

Sibling Trip

Best house in Palmetto Dunes for a family trip. Incredible views, great layout, kitchen well stocked, fresh and clean upon arrival. I would definitely book this home again.

Excellent place to stay. Pool, hot tub, nice back yard porch with automatic retractable awning. Very clean. Very impressed with ammenities. Would stay again in the future.

Tranquil

Glorious family respite! Peaceful, enclave that was close enough to the beach for daytime fun, & then return to the quiet beauty of the home & neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the herons as we played in the pool.

Fabulous Family Vacay!

6 Midstream was the perfect home for our family vacay! We enjoyed the beautiful resort amenities, golfed, enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub, and even caught a couple of fish off the the backyard pier. The home was clean and the host was quick with responses when we had questions. Perfect location, close to everything! However, exclusive enough to enjoy private family time!

Best vaca !!

We loved the location of 6 midstream. As a mom of two toddlers traveling with another family with three toddlers, having a pool and being on a dead end road was ideal! Kids were able to swim and ride bikes/scooters down the road without traffic! Approximately 1 mile away from the beach with shuttle access simplifies traveling to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter Vacay 2023

Our stay was filled with fun and great memories! The property was exceptional and located in a prime location. We enjoyed watching the preparation of the golf course every morning while we were eating breakfast. We look forward to enjoying this property again in the future for family gatherings!

Great place

Very comfortable house with a huge master bedroom and a lot of amenities that are very well thought out by the ownership. For example, poker chips and playing cards on the table for fun. Nice outdoor deck and table to eat outside with comfortable pool and hot tub. Great views of one of the greens on the golf course. For four adult golfers it was a great place to stay for the weekend.!

Family vacation

It’s our 4th year in this home. Our entire family looks forward to this vacation. The pool was great. Just minutes from the beach. Plenty of rooms and private places for everyone. We’ll be back next year. The grandkids are already talking about it.

Already planning for next year!

We love this house! This is our second time visiting, this time we brought our parents. They loved having their own space in the in law apartment. It was really perfect. If we did have questions or concerns it was easy to reach a member of the property management team. Overall, a great stay!
