HILTON HEAD ISLAND. With these accommodations you can enjoy free on-site tennis. Select from expansive 2 and 3-bedroom, single-story or townhouse floor plans. Only two minutes away from Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes, all villas have deck areas that offer engaging golf course and/or lagoon views. A community pool and kids' pool are also available for the enjoyment of Inverness guests. As you enter, the kitchen is located to your right with beautiful granite countertops, custom cabinets, and all new stainless appliances. There is also a breakfast table with seating for up to four. The dining room, which is open with the kitchen and living room, has a table seating up to six and a beautiful granite bar area. In the spacious living room you will find cathedral ceilings, leather sofa and matching loveseat, TV with DVD, and a sliding door leading to the private deck with four chairs and beautiful lagoon views. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, small walk-in closet, and a sliding door also leading out to the deck shared with the living room. This room also has a private bathroom with double granite sink and a large walk-in shower. In the guest room you will find two twin beds, TV, and a bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is not private but is shared with the hall. This beautifully updated two-bedroom Inverness is located next to the community pool and tennis courts and a quick bike ride to the beach. Perfect for your next stay on HHI.

*Parking is limited to two assigned parking spots. We are not able to order more than two parking passes per reservation.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Excellent location, pool and fountain in the lagoon. Only thing was wish the ice maker on the refrigerator was working. Easy check-in and very clean. Would stay there again next year!

We loved our stay at 916 Inverness, the condo was so clean when we walked in. We had everything we needed in the condo for our stay. the deck was so nice, very peaceful, lots of wildlife everyday and i nice cool breeze in the evenings. The weather was awesome and the ocean water was very warm. Island Rental was so great to work with our check in was so easy. We will return again. Norma

The apartment was fine and we enjoyed our stay. Some initial challenges with heating and telephone were addressed quickly. Possibly we were the first residents in a long while so it took some work to get things shipshape. We have already booked a second visit. Jim from Canada.

Awesome Spring Break

We booked this property for our first time in Hilton Head. It was larger than expected. Very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The deck was smaller than the photos but it was fine. We enjoyed watching the alligator sunning itself. The location is great. Short walk to the pool. Community is awesome. Beautiful golf courses, lovely bike trails, beach, bike and water sport rentals on property which is convenient. Short drive to the beach and wonderful tennis and pickle ball courts. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Renovated Villa in Quiet Neighborhood

We had a very pleasant two weeks in this lovely, spacious villa. Bathrooms and kitchen were updated, villa was freshly painted and clean, and the new tile floors were beautiful. The queen size bed in the main bedroom was the only disappointment - a king size bed would really be appreciated. Families with children should be aware of the alligator who often sleeps on the banks of the pond behind the villa.

We just spent a very restful week at 916 Inverness Village. The unit is very large compared to other condos where we have stayed, is nicely furnished and was very clean. Island Getaway staff was very prompt to take care of our emergency maintenance issue on the weekend. We did notice that the ice maker did not work, and some of the window blinds are missing slats, which made privacy a bit challenging.

We had a wonderful stay at 916 Inverness! The condo has all of the comforts of home with plenty of space for a family to spread out. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and exploring the lagoon. We were greeted by a large alligator most mornings as well as a lot of different birds and turtles. Our family rode bicycles all around Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove every day. The beach is an easy bike ride or short car ride away and the pool was very nice and a short walk away. We had a wonderful week!!

This is our 2nd time at 916 Inverness, we just love this condo. It is furnished nicely, the kitchen has everything we needed and the shower was great. We love the location, so peaceful and so much wildlife around all the time. Easy walk or bike ride to beach. Island Getaway is always so easy to work with, the condo is always very clean when we arrive. Thank you, We had a wonderful time again and will be back soon. Norma

got there around 7 pm . room was not clean when we got there , dust, cockroaches ( I hate roaches ) , dirty dishes . beds without sheets ( sheets were on chairs by the bed , clean ? dirty ? ) , Wanted to leave but my husband convinced me to try to make it work ) tired , with two little boys we went to the store bought pillow tops( did not realize there was pillow tops in between the clean towels). got detergent , washed the sheets swept part of the place . the next day we went out when we came back , the place was clean . I cannot explain it but we did not see cockroaches after that . we had a great time and I was out most of the time anyway ( biking/ at the beach/in conferences) . I was happy not to share the TV with my kids when we get " home " . internet is fast . area is quiet green ( if you love nature you will love it ).place is spacious . I would recommend it . make sure you call prior to make sure they clean the place.
