The beautiful Atlantic Ocean and expansive sandy beach are a mere one-minute walk away. Open the door from either of the decks and you can hear the sounds of the surf. The picture you see here is of the actual villa taken from the Marriott hotel next door. The villa is the lower right hand unit-truly the closest Moorings unit to the beach. The villa complex has a private swimming pool.

This pet-friendly villa is equipped with Wireless Internet Service.. There is a 65" Smart TV with Amazon Stick (with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime plus YouTube) in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with new cabinets, granite countertops and undermount sink. Kitchen and baths are ceramic tiled. Remainder of villa has hard surface flooring.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has one queen, one twin, a twin sleeper sofa, and private bath. There is a washer and dryer in the third bathroom with a walk-in shower and a there is queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Both bedrooms have 47" TVs and ceiling fans. The villa is within a few minutes walk to one of the world's best tennis facilities and near three highly-rated golf courses.

This condo requires a parking pass. The parking pass fee will depend on the length of stay and the number of passes required. The pass cost will be calculated and added to the rental charge. Pet fee $90 + tax, no additional charge for a second pet. We encourage renters of shedding dogs to manage pet hair during their stay.

Matt and Elaine were very attentive and supplied everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The location was perfect, we loved bike rides on the beach, mini golf, and tons of restaurant options nearby. It was wonderful that our fur baby was able to join us on vacation. I would definitely recommend this location and unit.

Family Christmas vacation with our maltipoo

Our family of five, wife and adult kids, along with our 10lb maltipoo, enjoyed a restful week at Matt and Elaine’s home. First, they were very active in communicating and helping to ensure the best trip possible. Second, the property is located perfectly - short walk to the beach and short walk to tennis/pickleball center. We also want to thank the owners for bikes so that we could ride around the community and on the beach. The weather was the worst part of the week. But it didn’t spoil our trip. We were able to get some pickleball in. Golfed at the Topgolf tracer range (our family are not big golfers). And biked and walked the beach. I would definitely recommend this home for a family or for 2 couples. Thanks, Matt and Elaine. Happy new year!Tom and Jeanie

It’s a 10!

We can’t wait to come back! Matt and Elaine are exceptional hosts and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their condo is exactly as described and very clean, comfortable, well equipped and welcoming. It is also exceptionally well located to everything in Palmetto Dunes resort and the beach is literally only steps away. It was also a huge bonus to have access to the bicycles provided by Matt and Elaine. It was such fun and we used them everyday riding through the resort on the cycling paths (very safe) and also on the beach, which was amazing. We have nothing but great things to say about our hosts, the Condo, the location, the beach and Palmetto Dunes resort is simply beautiful. We are grateful that Matt and Elaine offer their Condo rental as pet friendly. As we said, we can’t wait to come back.

Paradise

One of the best condos and locations I’ve stayed in on HHI! The hosts were amazing and communicated throughout the reservation/check-in process. The condo itself was super clean and had everything (and more) that my family and I needed. The location was absolutely perfect. I could walk 5 minutes to the beach to fish in the morning, and then walk 5 minutes to play pickleball in the afternoon. The Dune House restaurant was also a short 5 minute walk. Such an enjoyable vacation and hopefully we can come back soon!

Very close short walk to the beach. Just a few minute walk to the pickle ball or tennis courts and convenience store. Centrally located for many golf courses. Accommodations were great.

One of Our Best Stays

Matt and Elaine were excellent hosts! The communication and their attentiveness to detail made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We had everything we needed and then some. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and the beach access was just a few steps from our door. We will be back!

We stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed our stay and the beach was steps from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, silverware and cooking items. The owners are very nice and communication was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Hosts and Property

Matt and Elaine have thought of everything to make a stay here enjoyable. This is the best-equipped condo we have ever stayed in -- from dishes and utensils in the kitchen to the electronic charging devices located around the unit to the beach chairs, umbrella, and the bicycles. The gracious hosts have kept up this unit very well, and it is like being at home. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful Property, location and owners

We loved our stay in this beautiful property! Matt and Elaine were so communicative from the time we booked to when we arrived. They even sent a welcome letter with info to our house prior to our stay. They have thought of everything in the condo, even lists of where their favorite places are to eat or see on the Island. The condo cannot be more convenient to the beach or the Dunes House with plenty of parking and even bikes to use! I left something and they were kind enough to go over and look right away and then send to me. Cannot say enough about this condo or the owners. A+++ , we loved everything about it! You will not be disappointed if you book this property! We will be back!

Early December get away

This place is a nice cozy condo with everything we needed during our stay. We love that it is a few minute walk to the beach. It is dog friendly and our dog loved romping around on the beach! The owners were very hospitable and were available if we had any questions or needed anything. They had bikes for us to ride around the resort and to the local restaurants and shops. Overall a great experience and we are working on setting up a return trip for next year. Overall a vey nice place to stay and it is in a great location.
