Mike was great. This was our first stay Iin Maui and this place made our stay. The weather wasn’t the greatest but you could sit right outside and watch the whales and turtles. Thanks Mike for a great day in Maui.

This location was great! Right at the beach. The yard was beautiful and had plenty of picnic tables and lounge chairs to enjoy meals and the view. I don’t think the property description highlights just how much is available here. There’s a collection of snorkel gear and water shoes and plenty of beach chairs, toys and beach towels. There are also laundry facilities with several detergent options. Most pleasantly surprising was getting to know the host, Mike, who was around occasionally during our stay doing yard work. He made us feel very welcome and we appreciated getting to know him as well.

Perfect place to stay! Stayed with three little ones and had everything we needed, toys, chairs, wagons, washer/dryer, etc. So nice to not have to pack up the car to make a trip to the beach, just a few steps and you’re there! Host is super helpful and accommodating. Highly highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this lovely home in Kihei. Mike is the perfect host and the home is stocked with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. There is nothing more beautiful than enjoying the sunrise and sunsets from the backyard. Thank You

Perfect Spot

The perfect spot, in the perfect town, with perfect weather, whales, turtles, monk seals, sunsets, and aloha from the host Mike. Cannot say enough about this place. Very comfortable, affordable, just a happy place. Mahalo Mike!!

The unit was as represented, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach! We loved that we could walk out the back and have this great big yard to play in, and then straight out to the beach. There is a lot of freedom with having no road between the unit and the beach. It was great to have chairs and other ocean related items available so we didn't have to buy or rent anything. Mike was a welcoming host and the space was great.

Amazing place!

The house was just as described. Right on the beach, so clean and had everything we needed. Mike is a wonderful host who gave lots of great recommendations. His place is stocked with everything you need for the beach, snorkeling and hanging out. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay. Quiet, private and close to the beach. Best place for a Maui sunset. Michael is the best host by far. Always has suggestions of what to do locally like places to eat, things to do, etc. He's an awesome guy!!

Island Paradise

We took our family of five to Maui to celebrate Christmas. The house was perfect. Michael was a great host, gifting us a fresh pineapple, Christmas cookies, & multiple ideas for how to spend our time on the island. Being able to walk out the back door onto the beach anytime we wanted was the best!

Iowans enjoying Mai for the second time.

We stayed at this house 5 years ago and vowed to return. The host, Michael, is a wonderful host! He is helpful in every way. The property is perfect for watching sunsets, turtles, and whales from his yard. We hope to return!

This place was a lovely piece of heaven. The back yard was a large, beautifully manicured lawn that ended in a large, quiet beach. It was a wonderful experience to sit on the beach and watch the sunset. The house is supplied with numerous lawn chairs and everything else you need to enjoy the water and the outdoors (for children and adults). We had an opportunity to speak with Michael, the owner, and he is very welcoming and responsive and really cares about every one of his visitors (including his first from Chicago!), taking care to make their stay memorable. He also has great advice about places to go and things to do. The property's location allowed for easy access to various excursions, including snorkeling, whale watching, and turtle sightings. It is also close to numerous supermarkets and restaurants (traditional and truck-based). I highly recommend it.
This is the back yard! The only thing better is going on down to the clean, beautiful beach to continue your relaxation.

Family trip to Maui-3 adult children

Property was perfect for our family! Unit 1 had two bedrooms and a fold-out couch in the living room. Host Michael was wonderful to chat with. Lots of history in the area and good recommendations for things to do. Wonderful to walk out the back door across a green lawn and be right on the beach. Saw turtles as well as some whales in the distance. Adult kids spent time in the water. Used it as a homebase for seeing all of Maui, but certainly could have spent a lot of time here relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

Amazing!

This house is everything and MORE! We had an amazing time and Mike was a pure pleasure to work with. The house is equipped with everything you need as well as most things you could want! There are chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, flippers, snorkels, sand toys, and boogie boards! You can show up with a bathing suit and be ready to hit the beach. The yard was wonderful! A volleyball net, bocce balls, and comfortable chairs make for a truly enjoyable day. When you’re done in the grass you can run straight to the beach. We had no less than 3 green sea turtles swimming in the surf with us, every day, right off the beach. And the whale shows were incredible. Sunsets, whales and turtles made our vacation top notch. And to top it all off, you are close to everything in Kihei! Thanks Mike.

Perfect Maui Experience

This was our first trip to Maui and Michael made us feel immediately at home. As soon as we arrived we saw the sunset from behind the house just as the picture in the listing shows. Michael was extremely helpful in giving us places to go and explore. Additionally the property has a variety of beach accessories, snorkel gear, water shoes, backyard toys and much more. The property’s location close to many stores made it easy to run out if we needed to get anything. Overall it was an amazing trip and Michael and the property made it a perfect experience.

Beautiful beach home

My wife, 3-year-old and I stayed in the bottom floor two-bedroom unit. The property is beautiful, with a long grass lawn that leads to a low-traffic beach. We happened to be the only unit occupied during our stay so it felt very private. There is more than enough room for everyone even if the other 2 units were booked. The location is excellent and we will likely book out the entire house for a larger family stay next time we visit Maui. The owner was extremely friendly.

ENCANTADO

Invertí mucho tiempo buscando un lugar especial para llevar a mi familia a Maui, somos expertos en acampar y viajamos por USA pero somos inexpertos en rentar hoteles, etc; pero la palabra que puede describir nuestra estancia en esta propiedad es que fuimos Bendecidos! Si tuviera la oportunidad de viajar a Maui una vez más! volvería a rentar este condominio valió la pena a tal grado que puedo cerrar mis ojos y regresar a ese precioso lugar tenemos un buen sabor de boca.

Hidden gem

We absolutely loved our stay! Michael was extremely kind and our communication was perfect. The property is super clean and up to date. The yard and ocean are like something on a post card. Honestly it was so picturesque. The location is perfect. Close to so many things. It’s pretty easy to get around the island with a car, and this location is perfectly in the middle. I highly recommend a stay here & we cannot wait to go back!!!

Beautiful and so relaxing

We had a wonderful stay, the location of the home is the best part. I walked the beach every morning and saw a turtle or 2 on the beach. Hi home is right on the beach, easy access to parking, and great amenities within the house. Michael has thought of everything for his guests, a grill, beach chairs, towels, fins, coolers, an ice machine, stocked kitchen, it's a wonderful home. I will tell all my family and friends and definitely stay here again! Five Stars for sure!
