Keramoti Villas is a project of tranquillity and peacefulness in the most beautiful and unspoiled setting in the farthest western part of the magical island of Crete.
Keramoti Villas where created having in mind the high demand of today's holiday makers for quietness, beautiful unspoiled natural environments, tranquillity and peace of mind. Keramoti Villas has also managed to combine absolute luxury and comfort supported with all the amenities of modern living in the most beautiful Architectural creations.
The villas themselves where built with natural local stone, giving the grandiose feeling of a castle estate.

Villa Aglaia has been carefully designed to reflect the character of the local landscape and Architecture. We used local natural stone for its construction, just like our other villas, trying to preserve a natural earthly image amongst the beautiful natural landscape. The yard is spacious and gives the impression of total freedom, not being caged from any sides but still holds tight the privacy of the villa from the surroundings. Wood tiles used for the ceilings respectively reflect a tranquil and harmonious aesthetic throughout the villa. Function and comfort combined with elegance and luxury are the dominating themes which we tried to express and bring to realization. The careful planning of the interior space ensures a gratifying experience of comfort and enjoyment while bringing the outdoor beauty in the villa through the large glass sliding doors. The refreshing feeling of the pool 12m X 4 m just in front of the villa enhances the experience of luxury, while its infinity design blends the elements with the landscape. And of course the very special position where we are situated supports the effects of tranquillity and peacefulness, the enjoyment of nature s wild beauty and the unbelievable breathtaking sea and sunset views.

Villa Aglaia is a beautiful two bedroom villa built with natural local stone, natural clay tiles, and wood trunks expressing a natural and tranquil feeling throughout its design. The large sliding glass doors just in front of the living space open up to the spacious swimming pool just in front, bringing the outside beauty in your living room. The outdoor pergola was designed as an outdoor entertainment area with magnificent sea views and as a functional space to move in and out with ease. The open plan living and dinning space reflect comfort and elegance in its choice of furniture and decorative design which integrates harmoniously with the kitchen area. The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped with all quality amenities for a really pleasurable cooking experience. On either side of this central living space the two bedrooms are positioned offering individual privacy as well as ease of access. The bedrooms reflect elegant and luxurious aesthetics, while emphasizing the elements of comfort, privacy and functionality. The bedroom with the double bed has an en suite bathroom with an open space jet powered shower bath protected with a privacy curtain and the one with the two single beds, has a bathroom with shower. Last but not least, the villas spacious infinity swimming pool is simply that special highlight of the wonderful experience this accommodation generously offers. The enclosed large garden of the villa provides relaxation and safety for the kids.

The design of the villas had two major goals, first to make a comfortable and functional space that will meet the demands of the most discerning holiday makers for beauty and comfort, and second to integrate the villas in to the existing landscape so that they do not become obtrusive in anyway but rather give the feeling that they are part of the existing landscape.
In addition special care was made for the design of the outdoor spaces, with comfortable niches for entertaining or chilling out, for sunbathing or reading.
And to enhance all this we have carefully implemented our designs for grass and garden spaces, adding color and vitality to the whole setting.
And to top of the experience, our villas are positioned on a slightly slopping hill, amongst olive trees and facing straight west, enjoying magnificent sea views and the most extraordinary sunsets. A marvelous show just in front of you.
Each of our villas is absolute private and has its own private swimming pool, designed to be enjoyed while marvelling at the amassing sea views. The impression created, while in our pools, that the pool and sea are mingling together is a very special effect of our design considerations.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request for our younger guests.
