The exterior appeal of the villa stands out for a comfortable furnished covered terrace, the perfect place to enjoy a delicious barbecue next to the private swimming pool with dimensions of 7x3.5 metres. Furthermore, an outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch to the outdoor space.

The villa is located in an easily accessible and privileged area due to its proximity to beaches and all services. Just 600 metres away, you'll find the nearest supermarket, 1 km to the beach, and 3 km to Calpe town centre with its multiple restaurants and entertainment options.
