Both in Moraira and in its surroundings, you will be able to enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, magnificent restaurants where you can delight in the appreciated gastronomy of the area and find various leisure places, supermarkets and shops. From Villa Carmen you will be able to travel in just a few minutes to the neighbouring cities of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia and Jávea.



The property has the entire fenced plot of land and a covered parking area, with space to leave more cars outside the covered area.
