"Casa De Los Filabres" is a spacious villa, surrounded by stunning views of the Los Filabres mountains. It is rural and private (not overlooked), but only five minutes from the market town of Albox. A full Meet and Greet Service is provided (within standard hours, outside of these hours there is a charge of euros 35 paid to the management company directly). Also included is WiFi, fair use electricity, premium TV, towels (beach and bath), linen and full clean before and after rental.

The villa has Wi-Fi, with streamed TV with popular channels, board games, DVD/CD player, games console, books. Outside is a ping ping table and darts board.

Entrance through electric gates, with a sweeping drive with space for multiple cars. The villa is all on one level, with large terrace areas perfect for sun bathing on one of the cushioned sun loungers, or relaxing around the pool on the soft seating areas or dining in the fly free courtyard.

The master bedroom has a superking size bed and leads into the ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and bidet. The king sized bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, basin and WC. The twin bedroom share a large family bathroom (shower, basin, bidet and WC). Externally there is a bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cook and table ware along with fitted electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, pod coffee machine, filtered water tap. There is a separate utility room complete with sink and washing machine. Just off the kitchen there is a fly free screened dining courtyard with adjustable overhead sunshade, soft cushioned dining set and BBQ.

The spacious L-shaped lounge/diner has two large sofas and single arm chair with footstool. There is oak furniture throughout including a very large dining table and chairs.

Casa de los Filabres is located in a small hamlet just 5km to the centre of Albox (which has numerous restaurants and bars as well as shopping, banks, supermarkets, health centre and facilities such as a tennis club, gyms and bowling). Locally, the areas is perfect for cycling, walking and horse riding. Albox hold their markets on Tuesday and Saturday. The area does not have local public transport, so you will need a car.

WEATHER
Almeria has excellent weather all year round with very little rainfall. The temperature rarely drops below 60 degrees Fahrenheit even throughout the coldest weeks of winter.

LOCATION
The villa is perfectly located with just 5 minutes' drive to Albox and is close to Arboleas, Cantoria, Zurgena villages. The larger town of Huercal Overa, with its renowned modern hospital, is approximately 25 minutes away.

Villa Los Filabres to Albox Central (Plaza Mayor), is 4.7km/3m (Just 5 minutes in the car).

Albox is easy to get to from the airport due to the excellent access routes of the E15/A7 motorway.

PLACES OF INTEREST
The villa is well placed to visit many places of interest. It is around 30 minutes from Mojacar and award winning Garrucha beaches, two hours from The Alhambra Palace and Gardens at Granada, One hour from Oasys Mini Hollywood amusement park at Tabernas Desert where many of the spaghetti westerns were filmed (highly rated on Trip Advisor). Baza lake with its spring baths is located approximately one hour away.

AIRPORTS
The villa and Albox town are well placed for a number of Airports; the closest being Almeria Airport, just one hour away, with Granada, Murcia and Alicante Airports all around 90 minutes to 2 hours away. Malaga Airport is 3 hours away.

BEACHES
The beaches at Mojacar and Garrucha are both approximately a 30 minute drive away (60km/35m).

SKI
The Sierra Nevara Ski resort is just a 2 hours drive away, 21 lifts serve 107 km of piste. A halfpipe was added to the snowpark Sulayr in 2011 (165m long and 6m high). It is the biggest in Spain.
