Stunning 3 bed Villa with large swimming pool, walking distance to Albox

Good Morning, just to confirm the advert clearly states that it is a 3 bedroom villa and we always respond immediately to guests if they have any doubts or issues. We had guests the previous week and the week following Pauls stay and both families were delighted with the villa. Paul started complaining the moment he arrived, stating that there was an "urgent" problem, a lightbulb was too dim in the bathroom !! He had the window shutters down so I raised them to give light and replaced the bulb to his requirements. The TV box had a minor fault which was also fixed within hours on the same day. There are no other problems with the TV. The pool was immaculate when Paul arrived but 2 days later we had a sandstorm which deposited a large amount of dust and it was due to occur again the following day along with torrential rain, so the pool cleaner advised to wait until weather conditions improved before he cleaned it again. I am unable to control the weather ! Paul called and messaged me several times at midnight and in the early hours of the morning regarding hot water, expecting me to go to the villa at that time to change the gas bottle. We always provide a spare bottle but Paul had not connected it properly so the water was not hot. I went the next morning early and connected the bottle to get instant hot water. Paul did leave the house clean and tidy, but I would not advise that you rent a property to him unless you want constant hassle.

Merci Cristian, Perdonnez que nous n'ayons pas pu nous rencontrer à l'arrivée, mais nous devions travailler. J'ai dit que je pouvais venir te voir après le travail pour m'assurer que tout allait bien. Notre annonce ne dit pas qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle, et j'aurais vraiment aimé que vous me parliez de la climatisation, car j'ai un technicien qui viendrait réparer le système. J'espère que vous avez fait un bon voyage de retour
