Very spacious holiday home in Zeeland with second living room

Our spacious house with 160m2 of living space is on the edge of Oud-Vossemeer Zeeland. On vacation, and yet all the space! You also have access to about 400m2 of garden. From the end of the garden, you can look over the meadow and at the end of the street you can immediately start a walking route. In the vicinity of Oud-Vossemeer you will find a recreation area De Oesterdam, outdoor swimming pool De Spetter and the green city of Bergen op Zoom.
In addition to the bathroom with jet bath, spacious living room, conservatory, and kitchen you will find downstairs the hall (together with the conservatory to refurbishment) and a second smaller living room with fireplace, DVDs and various games. (The TV is only connected to the DVD player and not to the cable. There is free WiFi throughout the house.
On the upper floor are the four spacious bedrooms, 3 with 1-person bed and 1 with double bed (1. 80 wide). An extra bed is available and can be placed in 1 of the 1-person rooms.
3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own washbasin. Upstairs is also a second toilet. Furthermore, the house is equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Rent only per week from Saturday to Saturday.

Our spacious home (160m2) is located on the border of a Dutch town called Oud-Vossemeer in the province of Zeeland. On holiday, but still lot's of space! The garden covers about 400m2. At the end of the garden you are able to enjoy a view over the fields. At the end of the street, your first walking route can begin. In the surrounding areas you will find recreation area 'The Oesterdam', public swimmingpool 'De Spetter' in Tholen and the green city Bergen op Zoom. Good for culture, shopping and a walk through the forests.
Downstairs you can find the bathroom with jet stream, the large living room, the sun lounge and kitchen. (The hall and sun lounge need refurbishing, that we might not get done before summer). Downstairs is also a smaller second living room with fireplace, DVDs and games. (No (cable) TV, but DVD player is available. Also free wifi in the whole house.
Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms. 3 single rooms and one double with a king size bed. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own sink. An extra bed is available which can be placed in one of the single rooms. Upstairs is also a second bathroom (toilet). The home is equiped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Rental periods are from Saterday to Saterday only.
