No.129 is a modern and comfortable holiday home in the heart of Cornwall.
Fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms and one bathroom, Sleeps four.
Located on the private estate of the popular Atlantic Reach Resort, but without access to site leisure facilities (see below).
15 minute drive from the famous Watergate Bay
15-20 minutes from Newquay and its selection of beaches and activities.
5 minutes from the A30 - the gateway into the rest of Cornwall.

This house is also ideal as a base for the active, as the location is close to the coastal paths offering stunning views, that be accessed from most of the local beaches.


HOUSE DETAILS
Kitchen contains: Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Small Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Dining Table. Radio,highchair,baby bottle warmer.
On the ground floor is the open plan lounge with TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player (plus large selection of DVDs.
First floor there is 1 Double with television & 1 Twin Bedroom, plus the Bathroom with shower over bath.
All Bedding and House Towels provided.
High Chair, , Baby Bath, Iron & Ironing Board are all available to use at no cost.
Complimentary Tea & Coffee provided.
Washing machines are available in the self-service launderette nearby.

Youā€™re stay with No.129 will include access to the CafĆ© (breakfast, lunch & dinner served. Tea's & Coffees, Main meals and snacks).
The Manor House public house is open to the public for lunch and evening meals

*Please Note that the wifi connection can at times be temperamental, so shouldn't be relied upon if wifi access is crucial to your stay.
Unfortunately due to site imposed restrictions, our house itself does not contain Wi-Fi. However I am looking into installing personal wi-fi very soon as long as the right conditions are viable.

OFF-LIMITS FACILITIES
Some may be aware of the additional facilities located on the Atlantic Reach site; Indoor pool, Gymnasium, etc. Unfortunately due to a change in AR policies, these will not be available to use whilst staying with us. We hope that this is reflected in our prices, saving our guests from paying a premium on facilities which they may have no intention of using.

A tidy house, some nice personal touches, but no comms

The property is as described and photos are accurate. Mary goes to a lot of effort to well stock the house and there are lots of thoughtful touches - thank you for these. Unfortunately, we did experience some issues during our stay, Mary was away on holiday and could not be contacted. There was no alternative contact for any issues experienced which we did have some. The cleaning was not great and I have flagged this to Mary. I would say, there was a strong impression this was not the usual and I think it was unfortunate that our stay coincided with Mary being away. That being said, Mary could have helped this by having someone else be available in her absence.

Very pleasant stay

Accommodation as described. All necessary things available. The only downside are the mattresses in the children's beds - very uncomfortable, especially one where you can feel every single spring. Master bedroom nice and very bright. Comfy bed. Overall - we enjoyed our stay very much. Host is very nice and helpful. We would love to stay there again.

Location

The house was everything l would want for a holiday .well equipped, spotless ,comfortable beds .safe shower ,complimentary tea and coffee ,washing up and laundry liquids .No wi fi meant l didnā€™t get my access code on an extremely wet day until l was sodden wet . Site has very poor facilities.also poor transport links . A car is essential and this needs to be shown on the advertisment

Home from home!

A fabulous place to stay, lovely clean bright decore. Well equiped, has every you need. The beds are extremely comfortable. Comfortable living space, and soft sofa to relax on after a busy day out. Tv and wi-fi definatey a bonus. Well situated. Mary is great and if you have any questions she answers promptly. Such an enjoyable time staying and looking forward to returning the future.

Atlantic Reach

We had a great week staying at this lovely little house. It was clean and well equipped. We did however find it difficult to get parked close to the house, so we used the main car park, just a short walk away. If we could add anything, it would be wifi. We would also bring our own razor charging adaptor, as there wasn't one available.

Mitten in Cornwall ein guter Ausgangpunkt

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Ferienanlage. Bei Bedarf kann man Sporthallen, Pool oder andere Freizeiteinrichtungen und Angebote buchen/nutzen. Wir haben die Unterkunft jedoch wegen der zentralen Lage in Cornwall gebucht und wurden nicht enttƤuscht. Es war ruhig, sauber und super angebunden. Alles nƶtige war vorhanden und die Kommunikation lief super. Gerne wieder!

Fantastic accommodation

We've had a brilliant time in Mary's lovely home. We stayed over the New Year period, so weather was cold but dry! Clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable, plus lovely and warm! So welcoming to come back to after spending a good few hours blowing the cobwebs away on the beach! The house is within easy access of lots of stunning beaches and coastlines, and Mary's communication throughout was excellent. Thank you so much Mary for letting us stay in your gorgeous house, we loved every minute and can't wait to return! Highly recommended.

A good place to stay and enjoy the area

Clean and tidy with a decent level of comfort. Good contact from the owner Mary, making the booking quick and straight forward.The Property is in a good location to explore the area. Good central heating in the house, making it nice and cosy when the weather was cold. Nice and quiet on an evening, the beds were very comfortable as well. All in the House is well equipped with pretty much all you need for a family holiday.

Stayed at this amazing property in 25th / 29th june. Mary was a fantastic host, her prompt replies, with everything you need for a self contained holiday home in immaculate condition. Can not fault any part of our stay there even down to the weather. Itā€™s central location nowhere is very far. Thank you Mary and will definitely book again next time.

I have always loved travelling and exploring new places ever since from an early age, Cornwall is one of my favourite places on this planet and will always come back to visit whatever the weather. My favourite pastime whilst visiting cornwall is walking the numerous coastal paths which I thoroughly recommend where they can be accessed from most of the local beaches. Also there are dog friendly beaches e.g Watergate Bay which is also ideal for bodyboarding and surfing.
