We had a wonderful stay at this townhome in Park City! The owner was extremely responsive, and always answered our questions promptly. The townhome was immaculate, beautifully maintained and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect with lots of amenities, restaurants and activities nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

This was an amazing place to stay! Beautiful, with every amenity you could want! Loved the location- a beautiful preserve right behind the condo and a walking path that was connected to everything! It was so close to restaurants, a coffee shop and a pavilion with live music one night. The host was easy to connect with and accommodating. I know we will want to return! Ten stars!!

Super nice rental with a functional layout. We appreciated the location and access to the outdoors. Property owner was responsive and easy to reach, but there were no issues or concerns! Thanks so much!

Host was very kind to allow a last minute booking for me and my kids! The home is perfectly located- walk everywhere, bike share access, beautiful sunrises, gas fireplace, plenty of towels, and tons of space to sit and hang out together- it was perfect. The primary bedroom bed? Absolutely AMAZING! We shopped, ate, explored, and enjoyed every minute. We feel like we’ve found a hidden gem.

Great location

Home was as advertised, very nice location, could get everywhere. Also super walkable for coffee and cocktails. There are several midrange restaurants that are also very walkable. Overall great spot!

Fantastic Location!

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo in the heart of the Kimball Junction/New Park area. You couldn't ask for a better location or a more comfortable condo to enjoy them from. I definitely recommend this condo for a short or long term stay!

Parkcity fun.

Everything we needed and then some within walking distance. Comfortable beds, fireplace, tv, everything!! Great for friends, fam, romance, bussiness, etc. The prefect place to come home to after a day on the slopes.

winter wonderland

my favorite part of my stay there was the hot tub. nothing better than a good soak after a long day of skiing and watching the snow fall for next days powder runs. super close to restaurants, bars, and other stores.

This condo is as advertised. Great location near (100ft) resturants but with the swaner preserve as a backdrop. This condo is very comfortable and Chris (owner) was a pleasure to work with. We had agreat 9 days here.

Winter Wonderland

We're from Houston & wanted a winter getaway. This property is all you'll need... it's well equipped & clean. We enjoyed Salt Lake City and all surrounding areas. This rental is 30 minutes (give or take a few) from everywhere. Chis is a excellent host. Thanks for the memories.

Nice Extended Weekend Getaway

Property was fantastic - very convenient access to restaurants and shopping with just a short walk with great views out of the attached lower level and especially upper level deck off of the main bedroom. This offered excellent views across the Swaner Preserve. Townhome had an attached garage and newer carpet, along with plenty of room. Upon arrival, HVAC was not operational. Host had it repaired the next day, and comped us a night. Host was very responsive and communicative.

Holiday retreat

We were visiting Park City from Seattle. We stayed at this condo with friends right after Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is incredibly comfortable and cozy with great furnishings and a great kitchen. The views are beauiful as it is right by a nature preserve and the hot tub is perfectly placed for optimal viewing. The value of this was incredible. The location is convenient for shopping and skiing. I highly recommend it!

the condo was great. everything was exactly as represented by the owner. It was very clean, up to date, nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in park city! it was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores making meal time a breeze. we would definitely rent the property again for future trips to Park City.

Great Ski Vacation

We have been coming to Park City for the last 7 years and this was one of the best properties we've stayed in. Chris was super easy to work with and attentive. The townhouse is really nice quality, comfortable and in a great location. We liked that we could walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Grocery stores were right around the corner and it was super convenient to Salt Lake City. A quick drive and you could be at the Canyons, Park City or Deer Valley for a fun day of activity. Hot tub was great too! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo

I'll make this quick. In a nutshell you can't beat the value, location, size and amenities of this condo. Steps from WholeFoods, great restaurants and one of the only liquor stores in Park City, garage, personal hot tub, Nest heating system and gas fireplace to keep you extra warm! This has everything you need at the right price. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you plan on exploring other mountains in the Cottonwood Canyons because it's so close to 80.

Perfect Condo!

We have stayed here twice now and everytime it gets better! First off, the condo is in great condition and has everything you could ever need. The place is spotless and so well cared for...They have thought of everything from re-usable shopping bags to games & books! Secondly, the location is PERFECT! Now that Newpark & Redstone areas built up, there are so many awesome restaurants and shops within walking distance. The trail that runs along the reserve (accessed by a few steps from the back door) is amazing. The access was so easy and the train was well groomed you could go on short or long walks anytime of the day! We loved this condo and we will be back to rent again next winter for sure!

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

Communication with owner was great from the start. The condo is located in the heart of the area. Walking distance to restaurants, retail and bus stops. The views outside the back are breathtaking. Enjoy Morning coffee with the sun rising above the mountain. The kitchen is well stocked and the three bathrooms made it great for our family to get dressed and head for the slopes. The nice warm garage was a blessing to arrive home to after a cold day in the snow. Thank you for everything! We are already planning our return.

Could not have been better!

We loved staying in this condo! It was exceptionally clean with great decorating, and the owner was very easy to work with. The location is perfect, with a wide range of restaurants, a ski rental shop and grocery stores within steps of the condo, yet it overlooks a peaceful nature preserve. We especially appreciated the garage for storing our ski gear. Having a washer and dryer on the second level by the bedrooms was convenient and meant we didn't have to pack as many clothes. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. P.S. Don't miss Maxwell's located right around the corner from the condo for the best pizza you've ever eaten -- and for dessert, try the freshly baked warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream.

Picture Perect!

This condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures shown in the ad are quite accurate, but we had no idea just how lovely the architecture and design was until we arrived and saw it in person. Everything was perfect and we had such a great stay. We had everything we needed and then some. We loved the hot tub after skiing and riding the slopes all day. The condo is very easy to get to and in a wonderful location...near lots of shops and restaurants. One thing that made a big impression on us about staying here was that we were not charged additional for taxes or cleaning fees. Huge plus. Great value! Carrie
