Winter & Summer is 'bustling' on the mountains. The lifts (5 minute walk) take you to some of the most incredible ski and bike runs! Whether it is hiking, fishing, the Olympic Training Center, there is something for everyone. Summer time is a great opportunity to shop the 'Old Town' Art Galleries and the restaurants. Whether it is skiing, mountain biking, strolling the glamorous Silver Lake Village grounds, enjoying the private hot tub on the deck, or just relaxing with a good book ā€¦ this is the place to be!

After a Scenic 45 minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport, drive into your underground, heated parking lot; unload the car(s), and step into one of three convenient garage elevators. These will 'whisk' you away up to the 'Open-air' Top floor, rustic-wood walkway. Our Fully-stocked Kitchen and breakfast bar, Rustic appointments, Interior log accents, a Sleeper-Sofa, and a Natural-stone gas fireplace await you! We also have a Private Balcony & Hot tub; and Two Bedrooms-- both with amazing Ski Slope Views. The Ensuite Bedroom features a King-size Bed, as well as a 'Single' Sleeper Sofa, while the other bedroom features a 'classic' Bunk Bed (full-size lower and upper). Additionally, both Bathrooms feature 'Whirlpool bath tubs'. And a Sleeper Sofa in living room

Equipped with wireless internet access, three TVs, full kitchen, elevator access, underground parking. And Central AC for the occasional hot summer day.

Also included: Private stacked washer/dryer

Black Bear Lodge amenities: Heated outdoor pool and spa (Summer, Fall), BBQ area and exercise room for the entire complex.

Wonderful Deer Valley stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we love it. The location is perfect (walkable to Silver Lake area), we love the gas fireplace, having a stocked kitchen and hot tub on the balcony! We would absolutely rent again!

Great Place and VERY Responsive Owner

The condo is exactly as pictured and described in the posting. We had a minor issue to contend with during our stay and the owners responded with in minutes to rectify and fix. Was very happy with the stay and would 100% stay again in the future.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay- great condo with fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook meals after a day out skiing. Short walk to ski valet and SilverLake lodge- getting around couldnā€™t have been easier. The property was clean and cozy- exactly as advertised! Would stay here again and again.

Great family get away

Our family enjoyed staying in this condo while in Park City for a soccer tournament. The condo is clean, spacious, and quiet. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and sitting in the hot tub. Beautiful surroundings too!

Beautiful and relaxing retreat

We had an amazing time in Deer Valley. A perfect escape after hiking the Uinta Highline trail. This condo was our retreat and sanctuary and could not have been more perfect.

Our favorite place in Deer Valley

We have stayed here before and enjoyed coming back this year. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Wonderful place to stay and easy short walk to lifts, ski valet, rentals and lift ticket office. Will be back!

Very comfortable stay

Our stay was incredibly comfortable. Our hosts provided a welcome packet with all the information we needed to make our stay stress free. Craig was easy to get in touch with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The condo was clean, modern, and fully stocked. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that is super convenient to skiing, public transport and restaurants.

WONDERFUL Deer Valley condo!

This condo & location were perfect for our family for a 5-day ski trip. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, we especially loved the gas fireplace and hot tub The complimentary ski storage at Silver Lake was awesome. And the ski school was great for the kids. We plan to return to this condo in February 2025!

Heaven in Deer valley

This cabin like condo is dreamy. We absolutely loved the layout, decor, and the amenities. And the locale is absolutely unbeatable. Kim was extremely responsive and accommodating. Definitely above and beyond. I'm booking for next year asap. Oh and the beds are heaven:)

Our family has been coming to Deer Valley and Park City for many years, and it has been a dream of ours to have a place of our own that we can use and share here in Silver Lake Village. From the first day skiing here in Deer Valley--30 years ago-- we couldn't help but be impressed by the ambiance here at the village. In particular, there were 2 things (little touches) that we remember from that first day skiing here... back in the 80's ... in Deer Valley that remain to this day:

There was a soft snow falling, and we were just getting ready to take our first 'chair lift' of the day when one of the ski lift attendants quietly and professionally, and with a smile, swept the accumulating snow off our seats just as we were about to sit down. As we looked back, we noticed that all of the guests/skiers were receiving this beyond-the-call-of-duty treatment! Wow! What a nice touch...

Another touch: Deer Valley was serving meals on real plates and with real silverware (not paper plates and plastic utensils) ... something that was unheard of at the time in the 1980's... at least at ski resorts..

So much for the old memories ... and here's to the new memories yet to be lived!
