We had a lovely stay and the house was well stocked with all that we needed for a great visit. The location was convenient to Red Rocks as well as local hiking, shopping and restaurants.

Great spot to stay a little away from Denver! Sherri is an outstanding host, obvious that she cares about the details and is intentional with making the home warm and welcoming!

Very clean, homey, and comfortable. Host very responsive and smooth check-on/out. A lot of little extras to make stay nice; coffees, teas, candy, etc.... would highly recommend.

Very cute place set up in the foothills, host really goes above and beyond, thinking of all things practical for sure. Would most certainly recommend to others!

This house is adorable and in an excellent location in Kittredge close to Evergreen, Bear Creek Canyon, etc. It took less than 20 minutes to get to Red Rocks!The host was so sweet and had great communication.The house was stocked with everything you need and snacks and fresh fruit!We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing. Great host- had treats available for us after a long day of traveling- which my kids really appreciated! Even fresh fruit. Great communication, and comfortable beds. There was a water cooler in the living room which was so great to have. Will be back!!!

The host was fantastic, great communication with her, I reached out and asked if it was possible to check in early and she made it possible for us to check in two hours early, which was absolutely fantastic, we have stayed at this place before and loved it so much that’s why we decided to stay here again, the place is very clean a decent size kitchen that is well stocked with plenty of utensils, the host even puts out candy and fruit complementary, we try to book this place anytime we are going to a show at red rocks, this place is only about 10 or 15 minutes away, I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay if you are doing a Redrock show.... I would give this host six stars if it was possible

Nice home in the foothills. Host was a great communicator and very helpful. Comfy beds, good water pressure, nicely stocked kitchen, clean. Would stay again!

The property is well maintained and clean. The beds are super comfy! The host provided coffee and snacks for us coming in for a Red Rocks show and it was easy to get to and from Morrison for dining and the show. We will be back.

Very welcoming home. Decorating was lovely and house supplied with everything needed…even special treats were left for guests. This is one of the nicest VRBO’S I have rented. Will definitely be back. Host was easy to reach and personable.

Very clean, so well stocked and so many thoughtful touches! A very quiet location, close to great areas to hike trails, cute little shops, Red Rocks, etc. Wonderful place to stay with the nicest host!

We traveled to CO for a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. This gem of a house was wonderful. Beds comfortable, exercise equipment, 2 bathrooms fully stocked. Sherri our host even had new toothbrushes in case we forgot ours. We had access to cable, Netflix, YouTube TV, books, games We grilled out and sat on the deck enjoying a lovely backyard. Sherri provided snacks, fruit, coffee, tea, frosted beer mugs, olive oil for cooking plus many spices. I was amazed and never have I been treated so well. A few extras were extensions cords, night lights, foil, baggies, extra toilet paper and paper towels. The town has places to eat—- we loved SaBella and Blackbird Cafe. We visited a very nice package store too. You can even walk into town from your stay. Deer were eating the grass and plants as we drove in the neighborhood. We loved being in nature and a small town feel of kindness

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very cozy and stocked with fruit, snacks and candy and drinks and condiments in fridge. Location was perfect. Our host was close by if needed and checked in on us and gave us some good info. We would definitely return !

Great stay

Everything about our stay was amazing! Check in and out was easy. The place was very clean and the host was very accomidating. It is well equipped with whatever you may need for your stay! Would definitely stay here again.
