Luxury ground floor apartment with fantastic south facing views over the golf course and towards Lagos. Set in a very private location that is not overlooked, its within the Lakeview village of the Boavista Golf resort, and one of the largest two bedroom apartments on the resort, with private gardens at the front and rear for you to enjoy.

Our guests rate the property as exceptional, and with so many 5 star reviews from guests all around the world, you are assured of a lovely stay too.

With air conditioning / heating, free Wi-Fi Internet , full Satellite TV package, this fully equipped apartment, is a real home from home all year round, with the added bonus of the owner's guests to the resorts leisure complex and spa at discounted rates.
With spectacular views towards Lagos and over the golf course, lake and water features this apartment offers a great location for those using all the resort facilities, as well as a superb base to visit all the sites and activities that the Algarve has to offer. The apartment is licensed (A/L 58668) with the local authorities and therefore meets health and safety regulations.
With the largest outdoor pool just a minute's walk away from the apartment, and ample parking all year round, this is a fantastic location situated within the Boavista Golf resort and Spa, with its Championship golf course being one of the best in the Algarve with a golf academy, hosting championship and pro-am events, a driving range and practice areas, tennis courts, football pitch, children's play area, and archery. As well as the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and well equipped fitness room all accessible to the owners guests (at discounted rates), this apartment is superb all year round.

The apartment is just 50 minutes drive from Faro airport and extremely easy to locate, with great transport networks whether guests use public transport or a hire car. The resort is situated a few minutes from the beautiful and historic city of Lagos, and some of the best beaches in the Algarve, offering safe bathing for all generations. Lagos and the area around the apartment offers something for everyone, with superb waterfront activities from kayaking to surfing , boat trips, historic sites, trail walks, superb cycle routes, great restaurants and easy access to nearby towns and villages to visit and explore.
The owners have been visiting the Algarve for the past decade, and have a wealth of knowledge to be shared with their guests.

Please note we have a dedicated property manager who ensures that the apartment is sanitised between bookings in line with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.

We had a very enjoyable short break at Boa Vista .The property was in first rate condition and we enjoyed the pool facility which was very quiet at this time of year .Hosts were very helpful and facilitated changes forced on us by airline changes at short notice.

Perfect apartment

Beautiful apartment and in probably the best position on the Boavista golf resort.

Lovely large apartment on the ground floor with near gardens at front and rear ensured we had a lot of outdoor space too, and not confined like the apartments with balconies that aren’t as private. Very homely, and great communication with the owners who were lovely.

“Nearly a home from home”

Accommodation was good and exactly as advertised, very comfortable super king bed. Resort is exceptionally well maintained, although very quiet, it made it very easy to get a golf tee time. One suggestion I would have for owners would be to leave some beach towels and/or supply larger bath towels suitable for use at the beach.

Disappointed to see only 4 stars when reviewed as exactly as advertised, lovely bed and immaculate resort. But least future guests can look back over all the other reviews and know they are booking one of the best apartments on Boavista golf resort with a proven track record over past 5 years.

We have spend a lovely time in family at this nice house. The apartment have all we Need to spend some relaxing time Over our holidays. Beautiful view to the golf field, very private, secure and piecefull place. We really consider to came back again. We trully recomend it.

Golf trip.

If you are golfing in the Lagos area, I cannot recommend this property enough. Great location, fantastic golf course and clubhouse. Accommodation is spotless with everything you could need. The most comfortable holiday beds I’ve slept in. Communication first class from owners and the person who meets you on arrival. Will definitely stay again when we return.

The property was very nice, but we had a few issues that didn;t make the stay as comfortable as we expected. There seemed to be a lot of dust and understandable due to the construction in the immediate area. People with allergise might find this a problem, I did! The kitchen was very basic, we had to purchase a spatula and the glasses had permanent stains so we were not able to distinquish clean from dirty. The pool area was gorgeous and the area was kept up extremely well. Overall we would return knowing what to expect. Thanl you for having us.

Thank you for your review. We would like to point out the numerous previous reviews that highlight the well equipped kitchen with the latest electrical goods and so many utensils that some guests stay for the maximum duration and are able to enjoy it as a home from home. We visit 2-3 times a year to top up and replace utensils that have gone missing or been discarded without us being informed. The glasses aren’t stained, it’s salt from the dishwasher! 😃 There are lots new glasses added every few months.

Amazing place

We really enjoyed our stay at Boavista. It is a beatifull house in a really nice part of the parc. The house is very complete and very clean. Great beds to sleep on. The swimming pool is beautifull and calm. Nearby the house. The terras was very private with beautifull views. Kirsty and Stuart, thank you for letting us enjoy your house.

Had a lovely relaxing time. Emilie was so helpful getting some provisions in as we arrived late at night. Also helped with Local taxi with directions to airport. Wish the holiday was longer 😁

We have our property manager as in doing so allows us to provide the best possible support to our guests both before and during their stay as and when required. Our guests are never isolated.

Brilliant Location

This property exceeded our expectations. Patios that gave us morning and afternoon sun, beautiful golf course views, lovely resort development. Only (minor) disappointments were limited TV options and a rusty charcoal barbecue grill, but we had so many options for dining out in Old Town Lagos, it was probably a blessing that we didn't cook dinners in. Overall, a wonderul week.

Thank you for the lovely review. Will will replace the grill immediately as we hadn’t been told previously. We have the tv package is the best you can get in the Algarve with a huge variety of channels and content. It’s impossible to get anymore channels in that part of Europe.

Great apartment beautiful views

Booked this property for a week to celebrate a special birthday. The booking and communications were excellent. We arrived early but owner allowed us in straight away. We found the apartment exactly as described, it was clean and was home from home. A word about the outside where the furniture was comfortable and the view beautiful. Highly recommended.

Superb apartment

This is a superb apartment in the best location ( my opinion) on Boavista. The master bedroom had an updated mattress, which was very comfy. It’s a super king size so plenty of room! We used the aircon as it was rather hot when we arrived. Worked really well nice and quiet. Water was always hot

Perfect spot to see more of Portugal

We’ve visited Portugal a number of times now but this was our first time staying at Boavista. It’s ideally located for seeing lots of the Algarve, with close proximity to Lagos and Luz in particular. The apartment was ideal for us (family of 4) and we stayed for two weeks without the need for a car as everything is near enough for Ubers. The pool is just 30 seconds walk and always had loungers available. We played the golf course twice which was in lovely condition and ate at the Clubhouse a couple of times. The communication was always quick and easy, with helpful recommendations provided for places to visit or eat. We are already considering coming back again next year as it really had everything we could need.

A lovely apartment in a great location

We stayed at this lovely apartment situated at Boa Vista Golf resort, for a golf break. The apartment is positioned near the 16th fairway with views of the course and the patio is a nice place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the golfers. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, very comfortable for 4 adults or a family of 4, and great if you want to play golf. TV was good with Sky Sports available and lots of other channels, so we could watch the test match. The large swimming pool is just a few steps away, with plenty of Sun Lounges to relax and take in the sun. Communication with Kirsty & Stuart was great, I would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay

Thank you. As one of the largest two bedroomed apartments on the resort, we are able to comfortably accommodate family or couples alike. It really is a home from home.

Having spent the past decade having vacations throughout the Algarve, Kirsty, husband Stuart, and their family fell in love with the Boavista Golf resort and Spa, and the Lagos area, and as such stayed there many times. Having experienced staying in a variety of apartments they bought their beautiful fairwayviews apartment, as it isn't overlooked in a private location within the resort, with gardens that enable them to embrace outdoor living, and facilities that ensure its a real home from home.
The apartment is really popular every year and so we advice to book early to avoid disappointment.

Kirsty and her family have also provided their guests with discounted access to the resort indoor leisure complex , thus making it a great place to stay all year round.
