A Villa Nirvan é uma villa privada independente que tem sol durante todo o dia. Tem uma localização muito central, a um minuto a pé da paragem de autocarros local, a alguns minutos a pé do supermercado, a apenas 15 minutos a pé da praia ou a 4 minutos de carro.

A moradia é composta por 4 quartos, 3 casas de banho, cozinha separada, zona de refeições, sala de jogos e sala de estar. O 4º quarto e a 3ª casa de banho seriam abertos para mais de 6 hóspedes. A sala de estar tem smart tv com Netflix e canais internacionais em diferentes idiomas, router Wi-Fi portátil e está protegida com alarme. e um armário seguro.

A villa dispõe de uma grande piscina circular aquecida (opcional), duche exterior à piscina, sala de jogos com mesa de bilhar para adultos e para crianças: mesa de pingue-pongue, mesa de bilhar, mesa de matraquilhos. Zona de refeições ao ar livre, zona de churrasco e solário com espreguiçadeiras. A área da piscina e do jardim são completamente privadas. Os hóspedes dispõem de estacionamento privado em frente à villa.

Lovely villa, very clean and well equipped, great outdoor space. Very private.It's a 5 euro taxi to the resort, owner Jay was great at contact.Its a 20 min walk to a big lidl so we grabbed a taxi back with the shopping.Would recommend if you are looking for a family/friends getaway

Amazing

When we arrived Jay & his lovely wife were there to greet us, & left us water, crisps, biscuits to get us started which was really nice. Throughout how holiday Jay would checking through texts to make sure everything was ok, the pool was cleaned twice a week, & clean bedding after 1st week. Jay & his wife were really nice & helpful. Would definitely recommend. If I would give little suggestion is that they had aircon as fan in room wasn't very cool, maybe mirror in bedrooms also maybe cover for pool as most morning we had bis of tree in it. thank you for a wonderful villa

Fabulous stay

The property was amazing, gave me and my friends the space we needed. The location was also great as it was a short taxi ride to the marina where we spent most evenings. As well as the supermarket being a 5 minute walk. Gracias to jay for being a great host and answering any queries we had!

Fantastic

We had a lovely week at villa nirvan, can’t thank Jay and his wife enough. The villa was perfect for our family everything that we needed. Taxi to town very cheap or not a bad walk downhill great little shop round the corner that sells everything 😂 and bus stop 2 minute walk. We also walked from the villa up volcano Rioja Great place to stay thanks again for making us feel so welcome

Brilliant Villa

Villa is big, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a massive terrace and pool area which is completely private. In a quiet area but only 4.50 euros in taxi to main area. Supermarket and bus stop 3 min walk away. Hosts met us on arrival and communication with them was excellent, they were very helpful whenever we needed help. Would definitely recommend and return in the future

Lovely sunny week at Villa Nirvan, Jay and his wife extremely helpful and friendly, we did have a problem with the water heater but that was sorted within a day. The location was ideal, a bit of noise across the road from the school, if it’s term time, but apart from that pretty quiet. We had a hire car for getting around and most car parks were free, which is unusual these days, but you can walk to the centre. We loved the Marina area and the kids enjoyed the beach. The garden was great with plenty of furniture, the kids had lots of fun in the pool, our only criticism is the bedrooms lacked furniture three needed a chest of drawers or dressing table as there was no surface area to put anything and no mirrors. Some larger drinking glasses are needed for gin and tonics/beers, but all in all a lovely place.

Highly recommended

I can’t speak highly enough of Jay, the villa owner and his communication. Jay was excellent right from the start on arrival in Lanzarote. The property was really spacious and absolutely perfect for me and my three teenage children. As a single mom, the most important thing for me is that the kids have the space, facilities and WiFI (!) so that we can all enjoy ourselves in a peaceful, safe and relaxing environment. Villa Nirvan ticked all the boxes and more. Highly recommended and would definitely go back again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Jay and memorable 50th birthday.

Hidden Costs and false advertising

Before we even got to Lanzarote I had a message from the host saying that I will need to pay 100 extra, in cash, for heating in the swimming pool. I couldn't cancel at this point as I there was no cancellation policy. After pointing out that this isn't mentioned anywhere through the company I booked with I was informed that this wasn't the hosts problem and we would need to pay. When we got to the villa the inside layout is different than the pictures with an extra wall and room built in, meaning that the living/eating area no longer has access to the outside and is quite dark. In the kitchen the cutlery and plates provided were dirty and we had to wash everything before we could start, this involved having to request a sponge to wash with. They advertise as having utensils but they have the bare minimum of pots and pans and not even a wooden spoon. Any essentials provided were left overs from previous guests.The outside area is very big and lovely and the host did react each time we contacted them. The kids really enjoyed the pool and outside space. This one of the more expensive villas in the area and it's definitely not worth the money. The welcome pack as such was some crisps and water in a plastic bag, this shows the lack of care and attention to detail shown.Keep looking.

Good house but the pool table table tennis and football game are a childs toy so a slight missrepresentation there zHowever this was made up for by the excellent service provided by the owners

Decepción.

Cuando llegamos nos llevamos una gran desilusión. La casa estaba realmente sucia y nos habían cerrado el acceso a parte de la casa porque decían que sólo eramos cuatro personas y que ya lo ponía en la reserva, lo que no era verdad. Por lo visto en otras plataformas de alquiler sí que lo tenían así. La parte buena es que ante nuestras quejas abrieron esa zona y además hicieron una limpieza de la casa. Aunque seguía necesitando una buena limpieza integral. Los propietarios estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento.

Lovely stay at Villa Nirvan

We spent 9 days at Villa Nirvan in March. It's a lovely place for a family holiday, our daughter loved the garden and the pool. The garden gets the sun all day. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood, a little noise from the road and school nearby during the day, but super quiet at night. Jay and his wife were very helpful, meeting us on arrival and answering any queries we had very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this house for anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay.

Villa Nirvana Yaiza. Playa Blanca

Four Ladies Wot Lunch stayed in this Villa for a week in February and found it to be all we were looking for! The owners are extremely helpful with nothing too much trouble for them. The location for us was excellent, out of the town but easy access by either bus or taxi at a cost of 3.5 to 4 Euros for a taxi, we did not use the bus but were told about 1.4 Euros per person. The taxi once ordered arrived in about 5 mins. There is a shop within easy walking distance. Would thoroughly recommend this property and we would all definitely return again next year. Stayed in Villa Nirvan in early February with Three friends, the villa was great it was clean and comfortable with a large spacious garden. The villa owner Jay was very friendly and helpful with local information and amenities he also recommended a taxi service for our return to the Airport which was half the price of our taxi to the villa !! Lovely quiet house with fabulous outdoor space

Villa Nirvan is on a peaceful little development which is walking distance to Playa Blanca but away from the built-up area - perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space is great for a family or group of friends to enjoy together with a wrap around garden, sun all day and a great little pool. Our two year old had a fantastic time. The house has a decent amount of space, especially in the main bedroom, and Jay is a very helpful and pleasant host. Thanks for a lovely weekend

Wonderful break away !

Had a lovely 2 weeks at Villa Nirvan. Villa was extremely spacious and the outside area immaculate. The pool is quite a lot bigger than the photos show and the very private garden gets the sun all day long. A leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main beach front with an array of restaurants and there are local shops within 5 minutes walk, so the villa has an ideal location to get away from it all but within easy reach of resort amenities. The owners Jay and Sheetal are wonderful and friendly hosts and cannot do enough for you, yet give you all the privacy you need. It's nice to know however that they are on hand with a quick text should you need them for anything. Communication was excellent from start to finish and a warm welcome awaited us on our arrival. Would highly recommend and we hope to return with our large family sometime in the future ! Thank you Jay & Sheetal for your delightful hospitality.

My family had a lovely stay a the Villa. On arrival we were met by Jay and his lovely wife, it was a very warm welcome. The Villa is laid out very well and as there were 8 of us, we all had plenty of space if we needed it. The outside space is wonderful, if you have young children it is very child friendly space. The pool, was lovely and just right for games and family fun. The kitchen was just of the patio area by the pool so perfect for eating out, and the BBQ was great With 3 bathrooms there was definitely no queuing. With a small convenience store and a mini cash and carry literally 3 minutes walk from the villa, it was easy to get supplies. There is a bust stop just outside the villa with a bus every 30 mins and it is very punctual. Direct routes into Playa blanca and Marina Rubicon at 1 euro 40c a bargain. 10 mins to the beach.. perfect. A cab home is only 5 euros. Towels changed half way through the week and always a text to ask if we were ok. On leaving we were met again; definitely a villa I would return to and thoroughly recommend Many thanks for a lovely holiday Druce - Collins Clan
