As you enter this spacious villa from the terrace, a small corridor opens on the right to the living room area below.To the left is the master bedroom with a small child room/study en suite, then the twin bedroom and at the end a full bathroom. To the right, some steps lead up to lge. mezzanine/den with two single divan beds. A small open staircase leads down to the livingroom and dining area and fully fitted kitchenette, including diswasher and washing machine. There is also a small pantry next to the stairs. The whole inside area of the villa is open space, except for the bedrooms and bathroom obviously, Because it is built on a slope, the accommodation is on three levels as described. Outside, the terrace with BBQ opens on to a rockery garden leading down to a lawn with a large pine tree in the middle, some bushes and small fruit trees. Outstanding panoramic views to the ocean, across the farmland fig and almond trees. Pathway to cliff and beach.

The property is a small farm located on a protected piece of land, between the Boavista Golf Resort, and the ocean. There are three houses on the grounds: Casa Velha, the original farmhouse, family home not for rental. Villa Pocilgo, a charming and cozy 1 bedroom cottage (max. 4 occupants) with open fireplace, next to Casa Velha, with its own terrace and BBQ and sharing the same amazing views across the biological swimming-pool and the gardens, through fig and almond trees and wild fennel, to the sea, . And Villa Celeiro, a very spacious 2 bedroom split-level villa (max. 6 occupants), with mezzanine, its own garden with lawn, rockery and pine and almond trees.
One can walk along the cliff path, after crossing the land, either left to Praia de Porto de Mós, or right towards Praia da Luz. The very large biological pool, shard by the 3 houses, looks like a natural lake and is a favourite with most children! It is also a great attraction for migrating birds...
